Be an epic goofball. Seriously. Praise be to Pokemon Go for getting people out and doing stuff again. For about five minutes, Pokemon Go was beating out porn in internet usage. That’s crazy awesome. Who knows what the fuck the new hot thing will be by the time you are reading this book, but I am all in for anything that gives us permission to be epic goofballs. I will talk in a crazy accent, wear weird t-shirts (I love buying t-shirts from the boys’ section of the store) to work (the benefit of being self-employed… I set the dress code), dance with my waiter in the middle of the restaurant (thanks, Paul!), and have my husband (a deeply patient man) push me through the grocery store parking lot while I stand on the shopping cart.

Pokemon Characters Guide   The Most Popular Pokemon

By far the most well known–and star of the Macy’s parade–is the original Pikachu. Created to resemble a cute mouse, Pikachu has been at the center of the Pokemon story since it first began. As the first Pokemon character introduced, and the story’s hero’s–Ash-  personal pet, Pikachu is recognized world wide as an iconic symbol of the franchise. The popularity of Pikachu has more to do with his cute persona and likeable personality. Although he was first portrayed as somewhat of a rogue, disobeying trainer Ash and outwardly harming him, his character has evolved over the years to where his sweet personality matches the cute mouse face. All Pokemon are classified by type, depending on the special powers and characteristics they possess. In the case of Pikachu, he/she is an electric Pokemon, who zaps his enemies with bolts of electricity. Not by accident, the creators developed Pikachu to have a tail shaped like a lightening bolt, to further his identity. Pikachu

I have the funniest story today Diary! There was a trainer looking for Pokémon at the entrance to my cave and he was a big, mean looking man with a funny golden ear-ring and a bandana with a bunch of blue stripes on it!   “Come out, come out, little Pokémon!” the man had said as he shined his flashlight around the cave. It was the funniest thing to see him searching around on his hands and knees, looking for Pokémon under rocks even!   I thought it would be fun to scare him even more than normal, so I decided to float upside down right behind him and tap him on the shoulder.   When he turned around he shouted super loud and ran off as fast as he could, leaving his bandana and earring behind too! That made me laugh for hours and hours.

A few grumpy horns and hoofs types and a petting zoo full of rabid Pokemons? I’m Satan. I can deal with that and play “Smoke on the Water” while getting a lap dance on a runaway train all at the same time.
