Using this same principle, we can also use specific gems or gem elixirs to energize and rebalance the individual chakras. Dark opal and tiger's eye help to rebalance the base chakra. Fire agate works on the second chakra. The solar plexus and third chakra are aided by quartz and pearl. Ruby and emerald stimulate the heart chakra. Lapis lazuli is good for the throat chakra. Quartz resonates with both the pituitary and pineal glands, or sixth and seventh chakras. Diamond is beneficial for the crown chakra.18

Truth is that which does not change with time and space. This relates to a master’s everlasting love, which is called “True or Divine Love.” When you go beyond the localization of yourself in space and time, you realize that Truth resides in the highest crown chakra. This is located on top of the head and in the space a few inches above. The feeling is akin to oneness and intimacy with all that exists, which can be experienced through as OM chanting or other forms of deep prayer. “I am sustained by the love of God,” is the feeling at this center.

The lower chakras have slower and denser vibrations, while the higher chakras spin at faster speeds with higher vibrations. The chakras’ energy patterns emit colors corresponding to their light-wave frequencies. Thus, the root chakra is red, which is the slowest light-wave frequency, and the sacral is the slightly faster frequency of orange. As you go further up the body, the light-wave colors reflect their increasing vibratory rate. So, the solar plexus is yellow, the heart is green, the throat is light blue, the third eye is dark blue, and the crown is the fastest light-wave frequency, violet.

We feel Divine Love entering us firstly through gentle, soft, humbling, kind and loving feelings, independent of any other person. This can be experienced as gently overwhelming as it increases, dependent on the depth of our desire for It. As we heal further, and more of our negative, repressed emotions and causal soul wounds are removed, the entering of Divine Love into our souls becomes stronger and stronger, bringing deep tears, powerful sensations and expansions in the heart and soul in immense gratitude, humility and feelings of great love and even more yearning for God. There may also be whole body tingling and sensations, crown chakra and heart explosions, feelings of being fully bathed in love and light, great feelings of humility, awe and wonder at the indescribable nature of God’s Love, and at how much He loves you. Receiving Divine Love can feel like being immersed in a bath of love all over, in every part of you, every cell. Deep peace, joy and waves of ecstasy, rapture and bliss arise and flow all over, and great humility washes over the soul. Immense love for God as the most wondrous, awe inspiring Soul that He Is is felt. A deepening into the essence of your pure soul occurs, along with the deep desire to give more of your soul to God. You feel deeply nurtured and embraced in God’s Arms. There is nothing better than resting and dropping into This. You feel the purity of His Love that is the most pleasurable feeling your soul will ever experience. Heat, pressure, inner and outer movements, pulsing, physical shifts and alignments can occur as you open and embody more Divine Love and the feeling of Blessedness this brings. This Blessedness also arises in felt feelings of forgiveness and mercy. Divine Love is Perfect in its trust and tenderness. We become more and more like a child; innocent, joyful, playful and beautiful as we were created to Be. This play is a pure and glorious sensation, wishing to share itself freely and touching all others. Receiving Divine Love can also become so powerful that we are brought to our knees in immense gratitude, rapture, pain and bliss, sometimes all at once. Receiving Divine Love in its fullness is overwhelming, and can even be physically painful in the heart as it inflows to such a degree that the heart actually stretches to accommodate It all. It is both rapturous and ecstatic, as the body may rock, sway and stretch as it receives more and more Divine Love.8 There is no better feeling in all universes than to receive this Greatest Love of all loves, the most pleasurable feelings a soul can experience as it has actually been designed this way, yet our physical bodies cannot take too much of it at one time! When I receive Divine Love in a rapturous way, it is blissful to the soul yet sometimes painful to the physical. Sometimes I have to stop praying as the body becomes too tired.

The chakra system is an archetypal depiction of individual maturation through seven distinct stages. The chakras are vertically aligned, running from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, suggesting that we ascend toward the Divine by gradually mastering the seductive pull of the physical world. So, I took my 13 year-old niece Sungazing last night. I'm finding that most people are really receptive to it! Kundalini Christianity is Another Obvious Heresy that Has Entered the Church: Phillip St. Romain is a Catholic counselor at Heartland Spirituality Center in Great Bend, Kansas (1). In Kundalini Energy and Christian Spirituality, Philip St. Romain claims that meditation, which awakens Kundalini energy is compatible with Christianity. The Root Chakra grounds us to the earth and to our generational tribe and sense of belonging. Then the chakras proceed upward through higher and lighter vibrations to the Crown Chakra which connects our energy with all beings and opens a window to divine love. Each chakra is associated with a color, a developmental stage of life, emotions, gemstones, a body system, and particular organs. Disease and imbalances are related to a blockage in a particular chakra or chakras.

Chapter 7: Heal Yourself With Chakras There are a lot of ways in which you can balance your chakras. Some of the methods are visualization and meditation, these methods are the most popular ones, sound is a good method as well, sight is another method like making use of yantras and mandalas and smell works well too in the form of aromatherapy. Yoga is a very popular method for this as well. The list of methods that you can make use of for healing your chakras is numerous.   The effectiveness of all these methods depends on different things. It is important that you understand that each of these healing methods is closely related with each one of the chakras and one particular method might work better for one particular chakra and the other one might work better for another chakra. For instance, when the sixth and the seventh chakras are the third eye chakra and the crown chakra respectively and for these chakras the methods that work well for balancing them are visualization, meditation and pure energy. 2012 Continuation of My Message to Andy   Our simultaneous out-of-body experience was a once-in-a-lifetime one. To be honest with you, Andy, since that “perfect” day at the Keukenhof Gardens, I have not achieved that heavenly occurrence again.               Do you recall our subsequent Zentology sessions with Monsieur Dubois? He went to great lengths to describe what he saw when he found us at the poppy field? His words rang clearly in my mind. This was how he explained our “astral projection.” He said, “One of the reasons I’m interested in spiritual travel is that it provides a unique means of approaching distant and extraordinary states of transcendent awareness; especially that of sexual mysticism. This sui generis experience exposes the seeker to a series of spiritual lessons to his or her identity, therefore providing the soul the freedom to journey to various non-physical dimensions. These lessons introduce the traveler to a variety of psychic and metaphysical states, where individual freedom and spiritual awareness are heightened to insurmountable ecstasies. In addition, astral projection provides an inner laboratory where the seeker can experiment with techniques and methods of moving through our limited psychic consciousness, delving into distant realities, what we spiritualists call ‘exploring the heavenly states.’ We loosely term the experience ‘Nirvana,’ turning faith and hope into confidence and spiritual enlightenment. Each chakra corresponds to specific life issues or “thought forms.” The first or “root chakra,” near the base of the spine, regulates issues of survival, and fulfillment of our physical needs for food and shelter. About five inches below the belly button is the second or “sacral chakra,” which corresponds to physical desires and appetites. Directly behind the navel is the third or “solar plexus” chakra, which responds to issues of power and control. The fourth chakra, behind the heart, is logically called the “heart chakra,” and deals with matters of love. Next, the “throat chakra” is located by the Adam’s apple, and corresponds to our beliefs, thoughts, and actions involving communication. Between the two eyes is the “third eye chakra,” which governs spiritual sight and clairvoyance. The seventh, or “crown chakra,” is on the inside of the top of our heads. Love Quotient The second major spiritual quotient to become an “Integrated Christ” is building your love quotient. On a psychological level, your love quotient is built by demonstrating unconditional love in your daily life, in all your personal and impersonal relationships. A person cannot realize GOD or the Christ/Buddha Consciousness without this quotient, regardless of your level of initiation. My beloved readers, it is also possible to increase your love quotient by calling on GOD and the Cosmic and Planetary Masters to infuse you with love quotient from the spiritual plane. You can do this by calling forth a love shower. I warn you my beloved friends, this is a type of spiritual source you might become addicted to. You can also ask for a light shower and/or a light and love shower. This combination of your demonstration of unconditional love at all times in your daily life, and calling upon GOD and the Masters to infuse you with love through your spiritual channel or crown chakra, increases your love quotient level. The Masters and I especially recommend calling upon the following beings to build your love quotient: the Divine Mother, the Archangels, the Lord Sai Baba, Melchizedek, The Mahatma, Lord Maitreya, Sananda, Mother Mary, Quan Yin, Lord Buddha, Paul the Venetian, Isis and Vesta.

Decide that you can actually see the pineal gland. Do not worry about if it works or not – just decide that you can do it! The pineal gland is often reddish in colour but sometimes it can take other hues. Rays 1+ and 1- (refer to illustrations). Place the left hand above the forehead 1+ (where you would have had a horn of a unicorn), keep the right hand on 1-. Make one ray at a time grow and become larger (starting with 1+) until it reaches its correct size (see illustration). You make it grow by persuading the body to send out a stronger energy flow – increase until the power and strength feels right. Do the same with the next ray 1-. Decide that you can look down onto your crown chakra and see the pineal gland. Now take one ray at a time and connect it firmly inside the pineal gland. The energy is of a light colour and quite sharp. You need to be clear in your intention to make the ray connect and keep it connected with the pineal gland, first 1+ and then 1-. When both rays have connected, keep them so for at least ½-1 minutes. If you get tired, think that you “stand” (in your mind) on the left side of the body and do this in your mind instead. Next you may start to feel the different pulses of the rays (like heart beats). Make them beat in unison. When they are doing this, count to at least 20 beats in unison before you let go. Place yourself behind your body (in your mind) and repeat with the next couple of rays, 2+ and 2- (2+ is located on your left side- use left hand and 2- on your right – use right hand). Place yourself on the left side again (in your mind) and repeat with rays 3+ and 3- (left hand front and right hand back). You should not activate the rays 4+ and 4-. They will appear automatically once the others are established. This exercise needs to be repeated every day for two weeks. After this period your Crown is activated for the rest of your life.

The Earth protects us and nurtures us with her life force, and the Heavens propel us toward our becoming. Seeds sprout only when they are in the rich, dark, moist Earth, yet they grow by the light of the Sun. After germination, all plants turn to sunlight for life. Similarly, our spiritual life germinates in the first chakra with our nexus to the Earth, and later the light of the Heavens enters through the crown to feed the entire chakra system. The name for this chakra in Sanskrit is sahasrara, which means “emptiness.” Persons who have attained the gifts from this center no longer need a physical form. Able to travel through space and time, they are one with Heaven and Earth.

take the time to intentionally create a connection with your crown chakra. Say something like, “I now intend to create a connection with my crown chakra. May I understand that I am a reflection of the Divine/Source/Universe/God/dess. I release all fear that keeps me from trusting my path. My term for them is “centering thoughts,” because they bring your attention to the quiet center where intentions are most effective. Traditionally, the chakras and their corresponding auric layers are shown in certain colors, such as the root red, sacral black, solar plexus yellow, heart white, throat violet, third eye indigo, and crown purple, and it is common to be mindful of these colors when dealing with a different chakra. Most students see some of these colors during a Reiki tuning, most commonly purple or orange. The energy, or ki, carried in through the chakras, is transmitted through a huge number of meridians and nadis around the body, which are something like blood arteries and veins. The first two are larger, the latter smaller, and some old charts show 72,000 of them. A treatment like acupuncture would not even be thinkable without detailed knowledge of their location. You need to be fairly confident about the right placement when doing open-heart surgery without anesthesia, helped only by a few long needles! The chakra function and its relation to mind, body, and spirit are explained in many good books. Many Reiki courses also incorporate aspects of it–after all, it's important to become more aware of the subtleties of our existence on Earth. And yet we are faced with a shock when it comes to Reiki: this information is not a precondition for its use. It's interesting and helpful–but not necessary. The practitioner will be guided by Reiki. Sit comfortably in a chair and position both of your feet firmly on the ground with your palms facing upwards. Don’t force yourself into a certain position; simply allow your body to relax into the chair. Imagine that a piercing white light is radiating from the sun and through your crown chakra and leaving the bottom of your spine and then into the earth’s center. Imagine that as your body is being filled with the white light, negative black energy is being released through your palms. When your entire body has been filled with the white light you will naturally relax knowing that you are now filled with positive and peaceful energy.

The Crown Chakra This is located on top of the head and is also related to one’s connection with his spirituality, together with inner and outer beauty.

What is Enlightenment? Samadhi, "the breathless state" is a direct experience of Unity with the All. The experience of Samadhi is blissful beyond all words and explosive; like ten thousand orgasms of love within the entire cranium and body/mind. Samadhi is the eighth and final step on the path of yoga, as defined by Patanjali’s Yoga Sutras. Their are four such Samadhis which corelate to the four highest chakras. The first Samadhi which is also called Satori in Zen Buddhism in enlightenment of the body. The second Samadhi, Bhava Samadhi is the enlightenment of the heart as infinite love, The third Samadhi has to do with the opening of the rainbow eye and enlightenment of the infinite mind and the fourth Samadhi relates to the crown chakra and is also referred to as Nirvana or the direct blissful experience of infinite Oneness.

True and profound happiness can be realized only in the breakthrough of the limitations of the self. Bliss, the uninterrupted happiness, is to be located only in the deeper layers of consciousness, beyond the grasp of the separated self with all its wants and needs.

ROOT CHAKRA—MULADHARA The Root Chakra is at the root of your tailbone and is your equilibrium hub. You feel stressed, shaky, and dizzy or as if you have a vertigo when it's out of balance. You feel unable to make progress in your life, on personal or professional grounds, when this chakra becomes overactive and you feel stuck in your key relationships. All situations feel deeply unsettling to you, as if the change rests on your very being. This is because the Root Chakra is your prime balance point between the ‘Below and the Above’. An unbalanced or unattended Root Chakra can influence any aspect of your life, which is why many energy workers and Reiki practitioners take a bottom-up approach to chakra practice, beginning from the Root (or even deeper from the Earth Star) and moving upward to the Third Hand, Crown, and Soul Star Core networks. You are free to move freely in the universe when your Root Chakra is healthy, visible and working well, realizing you are safe, protected and seen. In Sanskrit, this chakra's name, Muladhara, means "foundation" or "pillar." That's where male sexual energy resides in the physical body (the Sacral Chakra sits on feminine sexual energy). Where the Earth Star Chakra is a gateway to the Earthly Kingdom of rocks, stones, and subterranean pathways of spirit animals and insects, the Root Chakra is a portal to our connection with our own physical realm— the physical goods and systems that keep us safe in the three-dimensional world we inhabit right now. The Root Chakra's masculine strength isn't explicitly male; it's a protective force field that can offer anybody a profound sense of comfort regardless of their sexual orientation or affiliation. You will find a stable partner for your journey as you begin to communicate with the masculine energy source, one that can support, sustain, and lead you toward the best outcome for your work and life. In terms of energy, manifestation is the act of forming thought, or of creating your desires. The very act of creation demands that you indulge in a greater density of matter, drawing in forces to create new form that involves a strong binding of your soul to the Earth. If you manifest from an ungrounded place, it will be temporary and fleeting to your creations. Imagine building a building without a firm foundation. You wouldn't even imagine doing this, would you? Well then, neither should you try to create or manifest from an ungrounded floating position within the ethers.

When you align Earth with God, when you stand between the Below and the Above and encourage yourself to accept each, embrace both and become both, you begin to reach a deeper layer of conscious consciousness. Let yourself be curious about this moment and remember where you're juggling the Above and Below inside. Tell where you are most associated with Source energies. How do you respond to every manifestation? How do you build equilibrium in your body and in your work, externally? •       Just imagine. You are practically straddling these two universes even when you're reading those words. Within one glorious shape you are the above and below. Now let yourself feel that strength, that connection. Let your hands open and imagine the blinding stream of eternal white light streaming through all the entities flowing through and into the bottom of your feet, from the middle of the Moon, through Gaia and the great Earth Star, through the Rot and residual chakras, through the Crown to the Soul Star and beyond, to the farthest worlds. •       Then see the very top of your head open to the sky, causing the bright stream of celestial light energy to return from the farthest reaches of the universe through the star systems and constellations, down through the Earth's atmosphere and into the chakras of your Soul Star and Earth Star, through the central column, down through the lower chakras and back... here. A Bridge from Now to Eternity The chakras are the bridge that allows you to guide your awareness, up and down, to move the earth's life-force energy and the eternal unity that connects all energy and all beings. The earth's energy that grows from your Root Chakra is called Shakti, and it is called Shiva the spirit of pure consciousness that comes down through your Crown Chakra. The goal is to unite Shiva and Shakti (life strength and eternal consciousness) as you work with the chakras. The Tantrik view of Shakti energies is named Kundalini— the same energy with a different name.

The root chakra is responsible for the processes of life and the place in physical reality to provide a brief overview. The sacral chakra reflects on imagination, individuality, addiction and the child within. The solar plexus talks about your personal power and the way you live your life. The chakra of the heart is responsible for your ability to be soft and loving towards yourself and others, to remain protected while still open and loving. The throat chakra speaks to your authenticity and good communication skills. The third eye chakra is centered on your intuition and your ability to balance both physical reality and mental chatter; and the crown chakra is about being able to see more than one perspective and be open minded.

How to tell if your crown chakra is blocked  You may experience feelings of emotional distress, loneliness and disconnection from other people and events if your crown chakra is blocked. You may also feel as usual, with no sensations of enlightenment and spiritual connection. Indeed this is very common. The crown chakra can most often be fully opened by unique meditative or yogic techniques, and often only at certain occasions. It therefore requires a set of skills that you have acquired and is not something you can expect to achieve overnight. It is advised, however, that you initiate daily meditation sessions, as you will be rewarded with moments of spiritual connection and inner peace.

Segment of Throat Center. Includes jaws, lower face and mouth. Positive aspects: All forms of energetic expression originate from the lower segments and are allowed to pass freely and fully. Lots of creative ideas and good communication skills, with their expressions unblocked. Can express how you feel, what you want and how you want things to be.  Flexibility of voice, singing, shouting, laughing, moaning, facing, giggling. Negative: It can be restricted, even pushed back as much as water in a hose. We can swallow our power and pride, we can stifle our expression, we can "choke" our own words. By muffling self-expression in accordance with the wishes of our parents we may have learnt this. Physical Negative Aspects. Problems regarding exhaustion, digestion and weight. Tension of neck and head in the shoulders and the back. Very common colds, sore throats and infections. Center segment of visualization. 3rd Eye, 6th Chakra. Concentration, the mind and will's strong powers.  Imagination, intuition, and perceptions that determine how you and the world around you see yourself. Your eyes are deep self-reflection. The subconscious mind gets imprinted with visions and symbols.  Positive aspects: Clarity, vitality, sparkle, insight and the intimacy opportunity.  Strong connection with one's self and inner guide. Spiritual open-mindedness.  You are approaching a sacred sense.  Negotiating. Achievement compulsive.  Controlling behavior, denying reality, repetitive thinking and internal dialogues.  Forgetting. One hides the partially closed eyes behind them. A tired, lifeless low-energy quality or partial commitment to a passionless cause; lack of direction. A distracted focus that represents a failed purpose. Physical negative aspects: problems with eyes and vision, headaches. Crown Center or (brow segment). Once you unlock, you feel the soul's seat and the world door; cosmic harmony. A vision, or purpose, and inner knowledge, shine forth.  To fully realize its potential, this center needs energy from the breath and other centers. A continuous passage from the head to the toe. Aspects which are positive.  Beyond this corporeal world into unbridled states of ecstasy.  Link of something that is visible and invisible. Extremely clear. A deep sense of wholeness. Negative scores. Undeveloped sense of wholeness and a fundamental confidence. So much logic and analysis. Constantly active and distrustful of one's intuitive powers. Physical negative aspects: Unbalanced hemispheres in the brain. Thyroid, parathyroid, genital, and muscle ailments.

Healing Mantra Mantras use the auditory sound to heal. Every chakra is associated with different sounds. Such different sounds can be used, or the mantra "om" can be used for each chakra. Om is the fundamental tone, said to be creation's own breath — the noise from which all sounds derive. Sound Vibration Another option for you is to chant the vowel associated with each chakra if you enjoy chanting one sound. Again, slight variations exist, so play with it until you feel the resonance in the right place: • O as in OM for the Root • OO as in POOL for the Sacral • AH as in DHARMA for the Solar Plexus • A as in SPACE for the Heart • E as in FREE for the Throat • MM as in MEDIUM for the Third-Eye • NNG as in WING for the Crown There are key words om, lake, dharma, place, safe, knowledge, and wing that clarify how the sounds are spoken. You can also use such terms as mnemonics to help you remember what sound goes with each chakra. Om is for the Root, and you can remember that om is the universal sound, the first physical creation vibration. You are connected to the earth by the Root Chakra. For the second chakra, the aspect of this chakra, a pool is filled with water. The third chakra, dharma, is associated with your will, and with that strength and will, how you build your life. The term space is the dimension of the heart. The term free is connected to the Throat Chakra; you feel free to speak the truth when this chakra is in harmony. Through the third eye, you can cultivate the word medium. And metaphorically, it's as if you had wings to experience bliss at the crown. Pronounce the vowels to bring the appropriate vibration to that energy center when visualizing each chakra.

Healing the Crown Chakra: It is essential to balance and open the crown chakra for a deep, spiritual connection within ourselves, the universe and God.  Power entering and exiting the Crown promotes our interaction with the other six chakras of positive energy and generates the view that we carry on life.

When a person is intensely angry, the protective webs of the solar plexus chakra, the ajna chakra and sometimes the crown chakra are ruptured. Intense anger attracts negative elementals of a very violent nature. They attach themselves to the angry person through the ruptured protective webs. The angry person then becomes temporarily “possessed” or “insane” and does terrible things that he will not normally do.

Chakras are energy centers where the body's life energy is concentrated. The concept of chakra is found in the Hindu tradition in India & some disciplines of Buddhism. Of the seven major chakras, six are located along the spinal cord & one is located at the crown of the head. The chakras are closely related to the endocrine system,which secretes hormones, and they are known to influence each and every part of the human body through the autonomic nervous system. They are highly attuned sensors that respond to the state of your physical, mental & spiritual health.

Head-gear is a seal of protection for the two temple doors – the crown and third eye chakra. Some cultures realized the spiritual significance of this, while others continued the tradition of head-gear, justifying it as work or fashion-related. Nonetheless, whether or not societies have been conscious of the highest purpose of head-gear, throughout history both men and women have embraced the idea of covering the crown and third eye chakra.

Kundalini refers to the current of energy running up the spine to your crown, from the base or root chakra, which is to be found at the perineum, between the anus and genitals. Brennan refers to the kundalini as the “main power current.” The chakras have their tips connecting/pointing into the kundalini, and their open ends extend to the edge of each layer of the field/subtle body they are located in. Kundalini is held in high esteem because of its reputed ability to awaken higher consciousness,

In esotericism, the crown chakra is widely held to be the seat of or opening to wisdom and higher awareness, our direct access to deeper realities and energy systems.

with a closed crown chakra/mind, becoming fundamentally “enlightened” (in the sense of recognizing you are an infinite immortal consciousness and not just a personality attached to a body) is exceedingly unlikely. So that might be the first consideration in terms of seeking “deep spiritual realities” within one’s own awareness.
