If you spend any amount of time doing media analysis, it’s clear that the most frenzied moral panic surrounding young women’s sexuality comes from the mainstream media, which loves to report about how promiscuous girls are, whether they’re acting up on spring break, getting caught topless on camera, or catching all kinds of STIs. Unsurprisingly, these types of articles and stories generally fail to mention that women are attending college at the highest rates in history, and that we’re the majority of undergraduate and master’s students. Well-educated and socially engaged women just don’t make for good headlines, it seems.

Freedom means being goofy, silly, and having fun on social media. Freedom means taking a break from Instagram without people calling 911. Freedom means being able to make mistakes, and learning from them. Freedom means I don’t have to perform for anyone—onstage or offstage. Freedom means that I get to be as beautifully imperfect as everyone else. And freedom means the ability, and the right, to search for joy, in my own way, on my own terms.

The underlying ideology within social media is not to enhance choice or agency, but rather to narrow, filter, and reduce choice to benefit creators and advertisers. Social media herds the citizenry into surveilled spaces where the architects can track and classify them and use this understanding to influence their behavior. If democracy and capitalism are based on accessible information and free choice, what we are witnessing is their subversion from the inside.

Corporate elites said they needed free-trade agreements, so they got them. Manufacturers said they needed tax breaks and public-money incentives in order to keep their plants operating in the United States, so they got them. Banks and financiers needed looser regulations, so they got them. Employers said they needed weaker unions—or no unions at all—so they got them. Private equity firms said they needed carried interest and secrecy, so they got them. Everybody, including Lancastrians themselves, said they needed lower taxes, so they got them. What did Lancaster and a hundred other towns like it get? Job losses, slashed wages, poor civic leadership, social dysfunction, drugs. Having helped wreck small towns, some conservatives were now telling the people in them to pack up and leave. The reality of “Real America” had become a “negative asset.” The “vicious, selfish culture” didn’t come from small towns, or even from Hollywood or “the media.” It came from a thirty-five-year program of exploitation and value destruction in the service of “returns.” America had fetishized cash until it became synonymous with virtue.

I think social media is the enemy of anyone going through a split. Technology is no longer just how we connect with each other, it’s how we disconnect with each other. If you habitually look for love and companionship online, when the love of God is found in the companionship of Christ, then social media isn’t good for you. Perhaps you need a short forty-day break to connect with God. Disconnecting from that which is less good frees you up to connect with the One who is most good. With His help, when this fast is over you might be able to set boundaries around your online relationships that allow you to enjoy those good gifts in light of the good Gift-Giver. But if you can’t, then don’t reengage online. All things may be allowed, but if they don’t allow you to stay focused on the satisfying goodness of God, then they aren’t good for you.

A big part of personal growth is defining how your zone of comfort looks and finding ways to break free from it. That usually happens by trying new stuff, doing things you’re afraid of and challenging yourself by consciously putting yourself in new (possibly uncomfortable) situations. But with a phone in your hand, your comfort zone also becomes mobile and it’s just a locked screen away. The only way out is to ditch your phone for certain times of the day, to limit social media usage, build new habits, or completely unplug for some time to breathe freely and live life. There are more symptoms of social media networking obsession that you might have noticed or experienced yourself.

We like to think of ourselves as immune from influence or our cognitive biases, because we want to feel like we are in control, but industries like alcohol, tobacco, fast food, and gaming all know we are creatures that are subject to cognitive and emotional vulnerabilities. And tech has caught on to this with its research into “user experience,” “gamification,” “growth hacking,” and “engagement” by activating ludic loops and reinforcement schedules in the same way slot machines do. So far, this gamification has been contained to social media and digital platforms, but what will happen as we further integrate our lives with networked information architectures designed to exploit evolutionary flaws in our cognition? Do we really want to live in a “gamified” environment that engineers our obsessions and plays with our lives as if we are inside its game?

Fuckboys (and Fuckboy Prospects), read this closely: When a woman breaks up with you (usually because she is fed up with your shit) it’s never easy. I understand your ego is bruised, you can’t imagine another dude doing things you used to do with/to her and that shit will eat you up! I understand.
That doesn’t mean you should disrespect her – or kill her goddamit! That doesn’t mean you should post revenge porn pictures and videos of her to your 5000 online friends. It does not justify you calling her a hoe to ease your lil battered ego. Doing any of those makes you a certified upper echelon fuckboy bro.
Walk away – just go on airplane mode, remove yourself from the situation and allow yourself to heal. If you are one of those social-media love butterflies who advertises every moment with your boo, then log out of all your profiles and go into cocoon mode.

A large brand will typically spend between 10 and 20 percent of their media buy on creative,” DeJulio explains. “So if they have a $500 million media budget, there’s somewhere between $50 to $100 million going toward creating content. For that money they’ll get seven to ten pieces of content, but not right away. If you’re going to spend $1 million on one piece of content, it’s going to take a long time—six months, nine months, a year—to fully develop. With this budget and timeline, brands have no margin to take chances creatively.” By contrast, the Tongal process: If a brand wants to crowdsource a commercial, the first step is to put up a purse—anywhere from $50,000 to $200,000. Then, Tongal breaks the project into three phases: ideation, production, and distribution, allowing creatives with different specialties (writing, directing, animating, acting, social media promotion, and so on) to focus on what they do best. In the first competition—the ideation phase—a client creates a brief describing its objective. Tongal members read the brief and submit their best ideas in 500 characters (about three tweets). Customers then pick a small number of ideas they like and pay a small portion of the purse to these winners. Next up is production, where directors select one of the winning concepts and submit their take. Another round of winners are selected and these folks are given the time and money to crank out their vision. But this phase is not just limited to these few winning directors. Tongal also allows anyone to submit a wild card video. Finally, sponsors select their favorite video (or videos), the winning directors get paid, and the winning videos get released to the world. Compared to the seven to ten pieces of content the traditional process produces, Tongal competitions generate an average of 422 concepts in the idea phase, followed by an average of 20 to 100 finished video pieces in the video production phase. That is a huge return for the invested dollars and time.

Do you ever feel that same need? Your life is so very different from my own. The grandness of the world, the real world, the whole world, is a known thing for you. And you have no need of dispatches because you have seen so much of the American galaxy and its inhabitants—their homes, their hobbies—up close. I don’t know what it means to grow up with a black president, social networks, omnipresent media, and black women everywhere in their natural hair. What I know is that when they loosed the killer of Michael Brown, you said, “I’ve got to go.” And that cut me because, for all our differing worlds, at your age my feeling was exactly the same. And I recall that even then I had not yet begun to imagine the perils that tangle us. You still believe the injustice was Michael Brown. You have not yet grappled with your own myths and narratives and discovered the plunder everywhere around us.
Before I could discover, before I could escape, I had to survive, and this could only mean a clash with the streets, by which I mean not just physical blocks, nor simply the people packed into them, but the array of lethal puzzles and strange perils that seem to rise up from the asphalt itself. The streets transform every ordinary day into a series of trick questions, and every incorrect answer risks a beat-down, a shooting, or a pregnancy. No one survives unscathed. And yet the heat that springs from the constant danger, from a lifestyle of near-death experience, is thrilling. This is what the rappers mean when they pronounce themselves addicted to “the streets” or in love with “the game.” I imagine they feel something akin to parachutists, rock climbers, BASE jumpers, and others who choose to live on the edge. Of course we chose nothing. And I have never believed the brothers who claim to “run,” much less “own,” the city. We did not design the streets. We do not fund them. We do not preserve them. But I was there, nevertheless, charged like all the others with the protection of my body.
The crews, the young men who’d transmuted their fear into rage, were the greatest danger. The crews walked the blocks of their neighborhood, loud and rude, because it was only through their loud rudeness that they might feel any sense of security and power. They would break your jaw, stomp your face, and shoot you down to feel that power, to revel in the might of their own bodies.

Those who govern on behalf of the rich have an incentive to persuade us we are alone in our struggle for survival, and that any attempts to solve our problems collectively – through trade unions, protest movements or even the mutual obligations of society – are illegitimate or even immoral. The strategy of political leaders such as Thatcher and Reagan was to atomize and rule. Neoliberalism leads us to believe that relying on others is a sign of weakness, that we all are, or should be, ‘self-made’ men and women. But even the briefest glance at social outcomes shows that this cannot possibly be true. If wealth were the inevitable result of hard work and enterprise, every woman in Africa would be a millionaire. The claims that the ultra-rich make for themselves – that they are possessed of unique intelligence or creativity or drive – are examples of the ‘self-attribution fallacy’.10 This means crediting yourself with outcomes for which you were not responsible. The same applies to the belief in personal failure that assails all too many at the bottom of the economic hierarchy today. From birth, this system of belief has been drummed into our heads: by government propaganda, by the billionaire media, through our educational system, by the boastful claims of the oligarchs and entrepreneurs we’re induced to worship. The doctrine has religious, quasi-Calvinist qualities: in the Kingdom of the Invisible Hand, the deserving and the undeserving are revealed through the grace bestowed upon them by the god of money. Any policy or protest that seeks to disrupt the formation of a ‘natural order’ of rich and poor is an unwarranted stay upon the divine will of the market. In school we’re taught to compete and are rewarded accordingly, yet our great social and environmental predicaments demand the opposite – the skill we most urgently need to learn is cooperation. We are set apart, and we suffer for it. A series of scientific papers suggest that social pain is processed11 by the same neural circuits as physical pain.12 This might explain why, in many languages, it is hard to describe the impact of breaking social bonds without the terms we use to denote physical pain and injury: ‘I was stung by his words’; ‘It was a massive blow’; ‘I was cut to the quick’; ‘It broke my heart’; ‘I was mortified’. In both humans and other social mammals, social contact reduces physical pain.13 This is why we hug our children when they hurt themselves: affection is a powerful analgesic.14 Opioids relieve both physical agony and the distress of separation. Perhaps this explains the link between social isolation and drug addiction.

Let me pursue this point briefly with reference to what is described in our media, and by many of our public intellectuals, as “the Islamic roots of violence”—especially since September 2001. Religion has long been seen as a source of violence,10 and (for ideological reasons) Islam has been represented in the modern West as peculiarly so (undisciplined, arbitrary, singularly oppressive). Experts on “Islam,” “the modern world,” and “political philosophy” have lectured the Muslim world yet again on its failure to embrace secularism and enter modernity and on its inability to break off from its violent roots. Now some reflection would show that violence does not need to be justified by the Qur‘an—or any other scripture for that matter. When General Ali Haidar of Syria, under the orders of his secular president Hafez al-Assad, massacred 30,000 to 40,000 civilians in the rebellious town of Hama in 1982 he did not invoke the Qur’an—nor did the secularist Saddam Hussein when he gassed thousands of Kurds and butchered the Shi’a population in Southern Iraq. Ariel Sharon in his indiscriminate killing and terrorizing of Palestinian civilians did not—so far as is publicly known—invoke passages of the Torah, such as Joshua’s destruction of every living thing in Jericho.11 Nor has any government (and rebel group), whether Western or non-Western, needed to justify its use of indiscriminate cruelty against civilians by appealing to the authority of sacred scripture. They might in some cases do so because that seems to them just—or else expedient. But that’s very different from saying that they are constrained to do so. One need only remind oneself of the banal fact that innumerable pious Muslims, Jews, and Christians read their scriptures without being seized by the need to kill non-believers. My point here is simply to emphasize that the way people engage with such complex and multifaceted texts, translating their sense and relevance, is a complicated business involving disciplines and traditions of reading, personal habit, and temperament, as well as the perceived demands of particular social situations.

That you should never publicly criticize anyone or anything unless it is a matter of morals or ethics. Anything negative you say could at the very least ruin someone’s day, or worse, break someone’s heart, or simply change someone from being a future ally of yours to someone who will never forget that you were unkind or unfairly critical. It’s so common today to complain or criticize others’ work on social media, or dogpile on someone for a perceived offense. I won’t do it. It’s not my job to be the world’s critic, and I’d rather not rule out any future allies.

This I am not enough idea is not unique to people who are shy or socially anxious. In fact, most people in our culture struggle with feelings of inadequacy. This is part of growing up in a media-saturated environment full of messages implying we are somehow insufficient. The difference between someone who has social anxiety and someone who does not can be distilled down to one thing: those with the anxiety believe more completely, and more frequently, that they are not enough. That is the crux of social anxiety.

As I write this, I’m sitting in a café in Paris overlooking the Luxembourg Garden, just off of Rue Saint-Jacques. Rue Saint-Jacques is likely the oldest road in Paris, and it has a rich literary history. Victor Hugo lived a few blocks from where I’m sitting. Gertrude Stein drank coffee and F. Scott Fitzgerald socialized within a stone’s throw. Hemingway wandered up and down the sidewalks, his books percolating in his mind, wine no doubt percolating in his blood. I came to France to take a break from everything. No social media, no email, no social commitments, no set plans . . . except one project. The month had been set aside to review all of the lessons I’d learned from nearly 200 world-class performers I’d interviewed on The Tim Ferriss Show, which recently passed 100,000,000 downloads. The guests included chess prodigies, movie stars, four-star generals, pro athletes, and hedge fund managers. It was a motley crew. More than a handful of them had since become collaborators in business and creative projects, spanning from investments to indie film. As a result, I’d absorbed a lot of their wisdom outside of our recordings, whether over workouts, wine-infused jam sessions, text message exchanges, dinners, or late-night phone calls. In every case, I’d gotten to know them well beyond the superficial headlines in the media. My life had already improved in every area as a result of the lessons I could remember. But that was the tip of the iceberg. The majority of the gems were still lodged in thousands of pages of transcripts and hand-scribbled notes. More than anything, I longed for the chance to distill everything into a playbook. So, I’d set aside an entire month for review (and, if I’m being honest, pain au chocolat), to put together the ultimate CliffsNotes for myself. It would be the notebook to end all notebooks. Something that could help me in minutes but be read for a lifetime.

Atoms, elements and molecules are three important knowledge in Physics, chemistry and Biology. mathematics comes where counting starts, when counting and measurement started, integers were required. Stephen hawking says integers were created by god and everything else is work of man. Man sees pattern in everything and they are searched and applied to other sciences for engineering, management and application problems. Physics, it is required understand the physical nature or meaning of why it happens, chemistry is for chemical nature, Biology is for that why it happened. Biology touch medicine, plants and animals. In medicine how these atoms, elements and molecules interplay with each other by bondage is being explained. Human emotions and responses are because of biochemistry, hormones i e anatomy and physiology. This physiology deals with each and every organs and their functions. When this atom in elements are disturbed whatever they made i e macromolecules DNA, RNA and Protein and other micro and macro nutrients and which affects the physiology of different organs on different scales and then diseases are born because of this imbalance/ disturb in homeostasis. There many technical words are there which are hard to explain in single para. But let me get into short, these atoms in elements and molecules made interplay because of ecological stimulus i e so called god. and when opposite sex meets it triggers various responses on body of each. It is also harmone and they are acting because of atoms inside elements and continuous generation or degenerations of cell cycle. There is a god cell called totipotent stem cell, less gods are pluripotent, multi potent and noni potent stem cells. So finally each and every organ system including brain cells are affected because of interplay of atoms inside elements and their bondages in making complex molecules, which are ruled by ecological stimulus i e god. So everything is basically biology and medicine even for animals, plants and microbes and other life forms. process differs in each living organisms. The biggest mystery is Brain and DNA. Brain has lots of unexplained phenomenon and even dreams are not completely understood by science that is where spiritualism/ soul touches. DNA is long molecule which has many applications as genetic engineering. genomics, personal medicine, DNA as tool for data storage, DNA in panspermia theory and many more. So everything happens to women and men and other sexes are because of Biology, Medicine and ecology. In ecology every organisms are inter connected and inter dependent.
Now physics - it touch all technical aspects but it needs mathematics and statistics to lay foundation for why and how it happened and later chemistry, biology also included inside physics. Mathematics gave raise to computers and which is for fast calculation on any applications in any sciences. As physiological imbalances lead to diseases and disorders, genetic mutations, again old concept evolution was retaken to understand how new biology evolves. For evolution and disease mechanisms, epidemiology and statistics was required and statistics was as a data tool considered in all sciences now a days.
Ultimate science is to break the atoms to see what is inside- CERN, but it creates lots of mysterious unanswerable questions. laws in physics were discovered and invented with mathematics to understand the universe from atoms. Theory of everything is a long search and have no answers. While searching inside atoms, so many hypothesis like worm holes and time travel born but not yet invented as far as my knowledge.
atom is universe, and humans are universe they have everything that universe has. ecology is god that affects humans and climate.
In business these computerized AI applications are trying to figure out human emotions by their mechanism of writing, reading, texting, posting on social media and bla bla.
Arts is trying to figure out human emotions in art way.

You’re not going to become perfect or perfectly free, no matter how many self-help books you read or how many addictive services you quit. There’s no such thing as perfectly free will. The thirty-day no-contact rule Recovering from a breakup on a more practical basis can be likened to getting over an addiction. You go through periods of major withdrawal where you become overwhelmed by a cocktail of emotions, including guilt, fear, randomly missing him, and suddenly feeling like what he did to you ‘wasn’t that bad’. You start to play the mental showreel of all your good times (even if you only had a few), and suddenly you can’t remember why you left. Feeling this cluster of imbalanced emotions can be very confusing and irritating, but all hope is not lost. Contrary to popular belief, breakups don’t actually have to be hard. We assign so much spiritual and emotional value to these men, that by the time we finally distance ourselves from them, we feel distant from ourselves. And that’s really heartbreaking, because no man is worth losing yourself over. Ever. They say it takes about thirty days to break a habit. Texting your ex, stalking his profile from your second account, deliberately asking your mutual friends certain questions to get updates on his life and his new girl – it all needs to stop. So right now, go cold turkey, block his number on whatever messaging app you use, remove him from all your social media. Maintaining little corridors of access to him means he’s still on a pedestal. It also means your value system when it comes to men is warped, because naturally you’re going to keep comparing new guys to him as long as he holds this much space in your head. You want to evict him from that space so that someone new can blow you away when the time is right! This guy is not the be-all and end-all of your experiences with men, and the outcome of your situation with him really doesn’t have to define your future relationships. This thirty-day period of making yourself the centre of your world has a 100 per cent success rate, because by the time you get to day thirty, if it’s done honestly and correctly, you will have either a) met a new guy or b) found a whole heap of new reasons to love your healing self. But the thirty-day no-contact rule must be adhered to strictly, and if you break the pact with yourself, you must start all the way from the beginning – which might feel like torture.

Editor’s introduction:
Welcome our guide on guest blogging in seo. That’s right, send it a spot on profcontent from our friend alex. Alex breaks down everything beginners need to know to start blogging on the web. Take that, Alex.

Link are a primary ranking factor in goggle, and seo offer a strong chance of getting a link back from another website, among other marketing considerations in guest blogging.
Guest blogging build a relationship with the blogger hosting your post, connects with the blogger hosting your post, connects with their audience for additional exposure, and helps you build authority among that audience.
The premise is simple: you write a blog article tailored to the needs of a particular blogger and get a backlink in return, What Is Guest Blogging in SEO? A Guide for usually below the article in what’s called an author box.

An important portion of removal any external role is reviewing the links inside the content Take a look at this (or another) post a bout guest blogging and inbound marketing written by Neil Patel. Almost every paragraph has an external link. You get, Neil knows that links add price to a post by if more material and additional incomes. Be like Neil.

Google has many hunt strings to help you find exact happy on the web, which you can syndicate into search If you are novel to this, you can learn extra here or here. If you search for [“keyword” and “write for us”], your results will look like the image under.

One of the best ways to find great guest blogging opportunities is to find other people who consistently contribute quality guest posts to industry- related websites.

Public policy formulation has gone a metamorphic change during the last three or four decades due to rapidly globalising world. There are at least four ways in which globalization is affecting the policy formulation in each country. Firstly, thanks to social and electronic media, small issues which a decade or so ago could only find place in the back page of a national newspaper become breaking news in major global channels creating advocacy and sympathy movements in different parts of the world. Secondly, with the rapidly globalizing world, global issues like environmental degradation, climate change, GMO, etc., which were only discussed in the corridors of power are being debated in the drawing rooms of countries and creating strong advocacy movements among the population.
Thirdly, centers of actual power and decision making are shifting from local to global level with the outreach of domestic interest groups to their sympathizers in international organizations, multinational corporations and those in the governments of global powers. This outreach enables them to force their own government to accede to their demands because of economic and political clout of the global players. Lastly, whether approached by the domestic interests or not, global state and non-state actors are increasingly penetrating those domains which were henceforth exclusively reserved for the domestic state machinery. They not only interfere in the policy formulation but are now acting direct through their proxies in the form of nongovernmental organizations in domestic policy formulation and implementation.

The apartments had probably been built back in the 70’s when the country was going through some ugly social times. Maybe the country was going through its adolescent phase and breaking out with a bad case of social acne. Cheesy professors were running around the country proclaiming “turn on, tune in, drop out.” A mean-spirited drunk from LA was cranking out poems about the low-life and reaching for another beer out of the refrigerator on stage as part of his performance. The porn industry was in its golden era. People proclaiming their individuality and uniqueness were all dressed the same. Mothers thought they were educating their kids by letting them watch Sesame Street, but they were just turning their kids into TV junkies and a future generation of pudding heads with blank faces ready to believe anything on the lamestream media. The Vietnam War eventually came to an end after Laos was clustered bombed, which had nothing to do with ending the war. Dominoes didn’t fall. A new war memorial went out for bid. Some crazy scientist found a way to make clothes out of chemicals - polyester. Dwarfs found their favorite hangout - the disco. The whole country seemed to be dancing to the disco beat, hypnotized by the flashing strobe lights off the big, shiny ball.

We are increasingly forgetting about our commonalities. Many people have explored the disintegration of communities that has come with suburbanization and social media-ization, but it’s becoming increasingly stark. The complexity scientist Peter Turchin explored this in his 2013 piece “The Strange Disappearance of Cooperation in America,” and so many parts of it still ring true: “What we have then, is a ‘strange disappearance’ of cooperation at all levels within the American society: from the neighborhood bowling leagues to the national-level economic and political institutes.” We are breaking away from one another. This is not a novel phenomenon—as the piece outlines, the same thing happened in ancient and medieval empires. However, polarization is bad; it leads to less progress and eventual stagnation.

Does It “Really” Need to Be an Email? By this point, you’ve probably figured out that I love email. Well, in spite of my love for email marketing, not every communication needs to be an email. In fact, there are times when emails really aren’t the best solution. So, if not email, what else? Other solutions include: In-App messages like popups, sidebars, site notifications, chat messages, browser or push notifications, desktop notifications, text messages, and even product tours and onboarding flows. Email is great when the user isn’t currently using your product. It’s great to drive them back in, but when they are right there using your product, you can’t expect them to be checking their emails at the same time. Before setting up a new email campaign, ask yourself if email is the best way to achieve your objective and drive the user behavior you seek. Maybe a popup or site notification would be more effective. Users can’t typically unsubscribe from popups, sidebars, site notifications, chat messages, or onboarding flows. They are usually better embedded into your app and more contextual. Because of this, they tend to reach users more directly than email can. That means that they can often be more effective to influence user behaviors. Push notifications, desktop notifications, and text messages still have some novelty to them. They can also reach users in different contexts from email. Although sometimes it’s better to use a different communication type, sometimes combining email with other options is the best way to go. For this reason, it’s important to consider the mix. For example, an email followed on-site by an In-App message, or an onboarding flow followed by an email summing up the process may be more effective than a single email. It will allow you to follow up on user actions, and make it really clear what needs to get done. By breaking down the steps one at a time, there’s more chances for users to learn. At LANDR, we often followed feature launch emails on-site with In-App messages. This helped to keep communications simple and goal-focused (one goal per message). The email was about getting people in the product, while the In-App message was about getting them to engage with the product. This approach allows you to evaluate and optimize each step of the process independently. Automation platforms like Intercom, ActiveCampaign and HubSpot generally allow you to combine messaging types. If your platform doesn’t currently have site messaging or onboarding functionalities, you may have to use multiple tools in conjunction in order to maximize results. This will make it trickier to track pacing, sequencing, and goals but it isn’t impossible. You also need to consider tracking effort when adding new communication types to your mix. As your program becomes more complex, it can be easy to lose track of the overall user experience: Are your users getting spammed? Are you creating a disjointed customer experience? Test things from your users’ perspective. Keep an eye out for social media messages and support requests as you do. In the next chapter we will look at setting up automations to minimize issues and maximize outcomes.

When we encounter opposing views in the age and context of social media, it’s not like reading them in a newspaper while sitting alone,” Turkish sociologist Zeynep Tufekci argues in the MIT Technology Review. “It’s like hearing them from the opposing team while sitting with our fellow fans in a football stadium.”26 That combative, tribal environment encourages loyalty to your own team and animosity toward outsiders—and toward whatever the outsiders try to tell you about your team’s beliefs.

FOCUS is one of the most valuable skills in business, and is becoming increasingly rare. If you can master this skill, you’ll achieve extraordinary results and make more money than most people. In his book, "Deep Work: Rules for Focused Success In a Distracted World", Cal Newport says: “Deep work is the ability to focus without distraction on a cognitively demanding task. It’s a skill that allows you to quickly master complicated information and produce better results in less time. Deep work will make you better at what you do and provide the sense of true fulfillment that comes from craftsmanship. In short, deep work is like a super power in our increasingly competitive twenty-first century economy. And yet, most people have lost the ability to go deep – spending their days instead in a frantic blur of email and social media, not even realizing there’s a better way.” When I started writing a book a month, I have to admit, it was challenging. I quickly realized I had a focus problem. Coincidentally, I attended a book festival and picked up a book by Catherine Price, "How to Break Up With Your Phone", and discovered my life was being sucked away one text message, one social media post, and one email at a time. If I wanted to write a book a month, I needed to get my life and my time back. I read Catherine’s book, and the following especially resonated with me: “Today, just over a decade since smartphones entered our lives, we’re beginning to suspect that their impact on our lives might not be entirely good. We feel busy but ineffective… The same technology that gives us freedom can also act like a leash—and the more tethered we become, the more it raises the question of who’s actually in control.” I had lost control of my time and my ability to focus. It wasn’t an overnight event, it was a slow, insidious change that happened over a long period of time. Below are some other interesting statistics from Price’s book: Americans check their phones 47 times per day.

The fast pace of social media and globalized interconnections and networking meant that a human response time to fast-breaking news was now redundant. With alarming political and environmental conflicts on the horizon, the fear of our inadequacy left us bewildered, and many sought refuge in identification with the system, as transmissive selves. The psychology of the millennial generation aimed to shield the self from the disturbing mental contents of national and world events by becoming part of the machinery that delivered the content.

Don’t drink any alcohol, period—and if you absolutely, positively must, limit yourself to one drink before about 6 p.m. Alcohol probably impairs sleep quality more than any other factor we can control. Don’t confuse the drowsiness it produces with quality sleep. Don’t eat anything less than three hours before bedtime—and ideally longer. It’s best to go to bed with just a little bit of hunger (although being ravenous can be distracting.) Abstain from stimulating electronics, beginning two hours before bed. Try to avoid anything involving a screen if you’re having trouble falling asleep. If you must, use a setting that reduces the blue light from your screen. For at least one hour before bed, if not more, avoid doing anything that is anxiety-producing or stimulating, such as reading work email or, God help you, checking social media. These get the ruminative, worry-prone areas of our brain humming, which is not what you want. For folks who have access, spend time in a sauna or hot tub prior to bed. Once you get into the cool bed, your lowering body temperature will signal to your brain that it’s time to sleep. (A hot bath or shower works too.) The room should be cool, ideally in the midsixties. The bed should be cool too. Use a “cool” mattress or one of the many bed-cooling devices out there. These are also great tools for couples who prefer different temperatures at night, since both sides of the mattress can be controlled individually. Darken the room completely. Make it dark enough that you can’t see your hand in front of your face with your eyes open, if possible. If that is not achievable, use an eye shade. I use a silky one called Alaska Bear that costs about $8 and works better than the fancier versions I’ve tried. Give yourself enough time to sleep—what sleep scientists call a sleep opportunity. This means going to bed at least eight hours before you need to wake up, preferably nine. If you don’t even give yourself a chance to get adequate sleep, then the rest of this chapter is moot. Fix your wake-up time—and don’t deviate from it, even on weekends. If you need flexibility, you can vary your bedtime, but make it a priority to budget for at least eight hours in bed each night. Don’t obsess over your sleep, especially if you’re having problems. If you need an alarm clock, make sure it’s turned away from you so you can’t see the numbers. Clock-watching makes it harder to fall asleep. And if you find yourself worrying about poor sleep scores, give yourself a break from your sleep tracker.

first learned this lesson from Jennifer Roberts, who teaches art history at Harvard University. When you take a class with Roberts, your initial assignment is always the same, and it’s one that has been known to elicit yelps of horror from her students: choose a painting or sculpture in a local museum, then go and look at it for three hours straight. No checking email or social media; no quick runs to Starbucks. (She reluctantly concedes that bathroom breaks are allowed.) When I told a friend I planned to visit Harvard to meet Roberts, and to undertake the painting-viewing exercise myself, he gave me a look that mixed admiration with fear for my sanity, as though I’d announced an intention to kayak the Amazon alone. And he wasn’t entirely wrong to worry about my mental health.

What the schizophrenic is searching for is also what the hollow man lacks – a secure sense of self. “In its extreme form,” writes the psychologist Rollo May, “this fear of losing one’s [self] is the fear of psychosis.” (Rollo May, Man’s Search for Himself) The outward turn to the security of the social world usually fails to protect one on the cusp of a psychotic break, and so too does the outward turn to the world of social media ultimately fail to protect the hollow man from his anxiety and loneliness. This solution is like placing a band-aid on a gunshot wound, as the social validation that is gained through social media use is as empty as the people who grant it. For as Rollo May noted in his book Man’s Search for Himself the hollow among us “are bound to become more lonely no matter how much they “lean together”; for hollow people do not have a base from which to learn to love.”(Rollo May, Man’s Search for Himself) But what makes this defense against emptiness particularly harmful is that it prevents people from taking the necessary steps to address their lack of a self.

Popular products from the tech boom— including violent and sexist video games that a generation of children has become addicted to—are designed with little to no input from women. Apple’s first version of its highly touted health application could track your blood-alcohol level but not menstruation. Everything from plus-sized smartphones to artificial hearts have been built at a size better suited to male anatomy. Facial recognition technology works far more accurately for white men than darker-skinned women. Social media platforms are hotbeds of online hate disproportionately targeted at girls and women, not simply because some humans are downright mean, but because of how men have designed the very systems that allow this hate to propagate. The exclusion of women matters—not just to job seekers, but to all of us.

As a freelance artist based just outside of Austin, I had always relied on platforms like Upwork to sell my work and connect with clients. So when I first heard about NFTs, I was intrigued by the idea of using blockchain technology to sell my art and reach new buyers. It seemed like the perfect way to break free from the limitations of traditional platforms and finally make my digital creations more profitable. I came across what appeared to be a reputable NFT marketplace. The platform had a flashy interface and showcased prominent artists, while the online art community buzzed with excitement around it. This validation gave me the confidence to dive in. I spent weeks creating a new series of digital artworks, pouring my heart and soul into them, and then minted them as NFTs on this platform. The fees associated with minting were steep around $20,000 but I believed the potential returns would more than justify the investment. With my NFTs listed, I eagerly promoted them on social media, leveraging my experience from Upwork to engage potential buyers. I received a couple of bids, which filled me with optimism. It felt like everything was finally coming together. But that excitement quickly turned into confusion and frustration when I tried to withdraw the funds from the bids. Instead of receiving my earnings, the platform displayed an error message. When I reached out to their support team, they requested additional payments to "process my withdrawal." At first, the fees seemed minor, but then they escalated, with new demands for payment popping up regularly. The requests quickly spiraled into an endless loop. Days turned into weeks, and my hopes of seeing any return on my investment faded. It dawned on me that I had been scammed. The platform was a fake, and the supposed big-name artists likely part of an elaborate scheme to lure in unsuspecting creators like me. I was devastated both financially and emotionally and felt too embarrassed to tell anyone. I feared people would think I had been reckless or gullible. After confiding in a close friend, I felt a sense of relief. She suggested I reach out to ADWARE RECOVERY SPECIALIST , a service that specializes in tracking down stolen digital assets and helping people who have fallen victim to online scams. Desperate, I contacted them, and to my surprise, they were able to recover my funds. The experience taught me a hard lesson, but it also gave me hope that not all was lost. It reminded me that even in moments of vulnerability, reaching out for help can lead to unexpected solutions.

In the digital age, where your online presence can make or break your business, having access to aged and verified Gmail accounts is more valuable than ever. Whether you’re an entrepreneur, digital marketer, or someone scaling multiple online platforms, the ability to buy old Gmail accounts can give you a competitive edge. At [Your Company Name], we specialize in providing premium, aged Gmail accounts that are ready to use and deliver maximum results.
Why Buy Old Gmail Accounts?
You may wonder, why not just create new Gmail accounts? While new accounts are easy to create, they lack the authority, trust, and credibility that aged Gmail accounts naturally carry. Here’s why more and more businesses choose to buy old Gmail accounts:
1. Higher Trust Score
Old Gmail accounts tend to have a higher trust score in the eyes of Google and other platforms. This means they are less likely to be flagged or suspended for activities such as mass emailing, SEO campaigns, YouTube automation, or affiliate marketing.
2. Bypass Verification Hurdles
New Gmail accounts often face limitations like phone verification, suspicious activity flags, or usage restrictions. Aged accounts, especially those that have been used organically over time, are more stable and can bypass many of these verification hurdles.
3. Improved Email Deliverability
Email marketers know the pain of low open rates due to emails landing in spam. Aged Gmail accounts that have been previously active are more likely to achieve better email deliverability, ensuring your messages land in the inbox, not the spam folder.
4. Boost SEO and Social Media Marketing
If you’re into SEO, PBNs (Private Blog Networks), or social media automation, using old Gmail accounts can drastically improve your campaigns. From creating aged YouTube channels to verifying Google My Business listings, old accounts provide a trusted foundation.
5. Ideal for Multi-Account Management
Running multiple accounts for client work, outreach, or social media marketing? Aged Gmail accounts allow you to manage several profiles without the risk of immediate bans or restrictions, something that’s common with newly created emails.
What Sets Our Aged Gmail Accounts Apart?
At [Your Company Name], we don’t just sell Gmail accounts — we offer value, security, and reliability. Here's what makes our accounts the best choice in the market:
Years of Authentic History
Our accounts are genuinely old, ranging from 2 to 10+ years, depending on your requirements. These accounts have real usage history, which boosts their credibility.
Phone Verified (PVA)
All our Gmail accounts are phone verified, reducing the chance of re-verification or security flags.
Custom Packages
Whether you need 10, 100, or 1,000 aged Gmail accounts, we have scalable packages to fit your needs.
Replacement Guarantee
If any account doesn’t work as promised, we offer a quick and easy replacement policy.
Secure Delivery

What are Old Facebook Accounts and Why Buy Them?
Old Facebook accounts are profiles that have been active for a significant duration. They often come with established connections, likes, and credibility that new accounts simply can’t match. These aged profiles have weathered the tests of time, making them valuable assets in a crowded marketplace.
Buying old Facebook accounts allows users to bypass the lengthy process of building trust and engagement from scratch. With pre-existing friends and followers, these accounts offer instant access to social networks ready for interaction.
For businesses aiming to market their products or services, an old account can serve as a powerful tool. It opens doors to immediate outreach opportunities while enhancing brand visibility among potential customers who recognize the authenticity of an established profile. The ability to engage actively without starting from zero is immensely appealing in today’s digital landscape.
Benefits of Buying Old Facebook Accounts
Buying old Facebook accounts offers several advantages that can significantly enhance your social media strategy.
First, these accounts come with established friend networks. This means instant access to a broader audience without the tedious process of building connections from scratch.
Additionally, older accounts often have higher credibility and trustworthiness in the eyes of users and algorithms alike. They are less likely to face scrutiny or bans compared to newly created profiles.
Another benefit is their potential for marketplace enablement. Many businesses rely on this feature for selling products online, making aged accounts highly valuable.
Moreover, purchasing old Facebook accounts can save time and effort in account management. You avoid the initial learning curve associated with new profiles while stepping into an already functioning environment.
Investing in old Facebook accounts provides a strategic edge that fosters growth and engagement without unnecessary delays or hurdles.

What is a Verified Cash App Account?
A verified Cash App account is an account that has gone through the official ID verification process. It means the user has provided their:
Full name
Date of birth
Last four digits of their Social Security Number (SSN)
Sometimes even a photo ID
Why People Prefer Verified Accounts
Because verified accounts open doors! You get more freedom, fewer limits, and access to all features like:
Investing in stocks and Bitcoin
Sending large payments
Using a real debit card (Cash Card)
Receiving paychecks via direct deposit
Why Do People Buy Verified Cash App Accounts?
Let’s be honest — not everyone wants to go through the ID verification process. That’s where buying a pre-verified account comes in.
Saving Time and Hassle
Some people don’t want to wait days to get verified — or maybe they don’t have a valid ID. Buying an account gets you in instantly.
Access to Full Features Instantly
When you buy a verified account, you skip straight to the good stuff: high sending limits, investing options, and more.
Bypassing Regional Restrictions
Cash App is only available in the U.S. and UK. If you're from another country, a verified account might be your only way in.
Is It Legal to Buy a Verified Cash App Account?
Here’s where things get a little tricky. Technically, buying or selling accounts is against Cash App’s terms of service. So while it’s not “illegal” in the criminal sense, it could still get the account banned.
If you buy one, you’re taking a risk. Use it carefully and never link your main bank account right away.
How to Choose a Trusted Seller
Scams are everywhere. If you’re going to buy a verified account, at least do it smart.
Look for Positive Reviews
Only buy from sellers with real customer reviews. No reviews? That’s a red flag.
Make Sure They Offer Support
What if the account gets locked? You’ll want a seller who provides after-sale support — not someone who ghosts you.
Use Secure Payment Methods
Use PayPal, crypto with escrow, or trusted third-party marketplaces. Avoid sending money via Western Union or direct bank transfers.
Things to Check Before You Buy
Here’s what you need to know before you pay.
Account Age and Activity
Older accounts with some activity look more legit to Cash App and are less likely to be flagged.
Linked Information (Email, Phone, SSN)
Make sure the account comes with access to the linked email and phone number. You’ll need them for logins and verification.
Does It Include a Cash Card?
Some sellers offer accounts that already have a Cash App Card. That’s a bonus, but make sure the address matches yours for reordering.
Risks of Buying a Verified Account
Let’s not sugarcoat it. This path isn’t risk-free.
Account Freezing or Banning
Cash App could notice suspicious activity and freeze or ban the account. Especially if you log in from a different country or IP.
Scams and Fake Sellers
Many sellers vanish after you pay. Some give you fake logins. Always verify before trusting anyone.
Legal Issues You Might Face
If the account was verified using stolen identity details, you could get into serious legal trouble — even unknowingly.
How to Stay Safe When Buying
Alright, here are some safety tips if you’re going through with it.

Looking for fast ways to boost your social media presence? Maybe you’ve heard about buying old Facebook accounts as a shortcut. This strategy can give your business a head start, saving you months of building an audience. But is it safe? Is it legal? This guide covers everything you need to know before considering this risky move. Discover how buying old Facebook accounts can help grow your business—and what to watch out for.
Why Buying Old Facebook Accounts Can Accelerate Business Growth
Benefits of Using Old Accounts
Old Facebook accounts come with many advantages. They already have a history, followers, and engagement. Using these accounts can make your brand look more trustworthy instantly. You don’t need to start from scratch, waiting months to get followers and interactions. Instead, you get immediate access to an active audience. This can give your campaigns a real boost right out of the gate.
Market Demand and Trends
More marketers are exploring the sale of established social media profiles. The idea is simple: why wait to grow your own account when you can buy one that’s already popular? Experts say account aging increases trust and makes posts more visible. These factors lead to faster growth for new business pages.
Expert Perspectives
Many digital marketers see buying old Facebook accounts as a clever shortcut. They note that established accounts can jumpstart a new brand’s credibility. But they also warn it’s not a foolproof method. Responsible use is key to avoiding trouble with Facebook and potential legal issues.
Legal and Ethical Considerations
Facebook’s Terms of Service
Facebook clearly states that accounts are meant for personal use only. Buying, selling, or transferring accounts breaks their rules. If caught, Facebook might suspend or ban the account. This can risk your entire investment.
Ethical Best Practices
Always be transparent if you decide to use old accounts. Avoid misleading followers or pretending the account is your original work. Your brand reputation hangs on honesty. Following the rules helps you build a solid business without risking penalties.
Legal Risks
Account purchases can also lead to legal trouble. Some regions have strict laws against buying social media profiles. To stay safe, always do your homework. Consult legal advice and avoid shady sellers. Staying within the law keeps your business protected.
How to Find and Verify Old Facebook Accounts for Sale
Platforms and Marketplaces
Accounts are sold on various websites, forums, and social media groups. Some specialists even run marketplaces specifically for social media profiles. Always check seller reputation before buying. Look for reviews and feedback from previous buyers.
Verification Process
Before buying, verify the account’s history. Check the profile’s age, activity, and followers. Use software tools to analyze engagement levels. Confirm if the account has been active recently and is free of spam or fake followers.
Due Diligence Tips
Ask sellers for proof of ownership. Request screenshots of account details or recent activity logs. Examine the follower count, likes, and comments for authenticity. Avoid accounts with suspiciously low engagement or abrupt follower growth.
Steps to Safely Purchase and Transfer Old Facebook Accounts
Negotiating a Deal
Start with a fair price based on the account’s metrics. Use written agreements to clarify your rights. Never skip the paperwork, even if it’s a simple message. Protect your investment with clear terms.

Introduction to Verified PayPal Accounts
What Is PayPal?
PayPal is like the superhero of online payments. It’s an app and website that lets you send money to friends, pay for stuff online, or even accept payments if you’re selling something. Whether you’re buying a hoodie from an online store or splitting the cost of a pizza with your buddies, PayPal makes it quick and easy. Founded in 1998, it’s used by millions of people in over 190 countries. You can use it on your phone or computer, and it’s free to sign up. But to really make PayPal shine, you need a verified account. Let’s break it down.
Key Features of PayPal
Why is PayPal so awesome? For one, it’s fast—you can send money in seconds, like texting a friend. It’s also secure, keeping your bank details safe so you don’t have to share them with every online store. PayPal offers a Buyer Protection Policy, which is like a safety net if you buy something that doesn’t arrive or isn’t as described. You can link your bank account, credit card, or debit card to pay or get paid. Plus, PayPal lets you buy cryptocurrency or set up a merchant account for your small business. But some of these cool features? They’re only available with a verified account.
What Does “Verified” Mean?
A verified PayPal account is like getting a gold star from PayPal. It means you’ve proven you’re a real person by linking and confirming a bank account or card. PayPal might also ask for ID, like a driver’s license, to confirm your identity. This verification unlocks higher transaction limits, lets you withdraw more money, and shows others you’re legit. It’s like showing your ID at a concert to prove you’re old enough to get in—without it, you’re stuck outside with fewer options.
Why Consider Buying a Verified PayPal Account?
Benefits of a Verified Account
So, why would someone buy a verified PayPal account? Think of it like buying a pre-built gaming PC instead of assembling one yourself. A verified account is ready to roll with higher limits, so you can send or receive more money without hitting a wall. It’s also safer because PayPal has already checked the account’s legitimacy, reducing the risk of fraud. For businesses, a verified account builds trust with customers, like a “verified” badge on social media. Plus, it saves time—you don’t have to wait for PayPal’s verification process, which can feel like waiting for a package to arrive.
Limitations of Unverified Accounts
Using an unverified PayPal account is like riding a bike with flat tires—it works, but it’s slow and frustrating. Unverified accounts have low limits on how much money you can send, receive, or withdraw. You might not be able to use features like PayPal Credit or instant transfers. Worse, unverified accounts are more likely to get flagged or frozen if PayPal suspects something fishy. Imagine trying to buy concert tickets, only to find your account locked! Buying a verified account skips these limits and lets you use PayPal to its fullest.
