Ash caught another Pokemon.  We got into our first battle last tuesday and every since that we have been pretty on edge. Every other trainer that we have run into has been nice. Acquiring your starter Pokémon   As with every Pokémon game, you first need to acquire your starter Pokémon. On the bottom of the screen you will find a Poké Ball and the amount of available Poké Balls next to it.
