Whenever you have some extra money and you think of buying something fancy, ask yourself, do you really need that product, or are you just trying to fill the holes in your life with more possessions? If your conscience tells you that you don't really need it, then use that money to empower a small local business in some way, or perhaps raise some funds among friends and help someone in your neighborhood to set up a business or use those funds to fix the problems of your neighborhood.
