It turns out that creativity isn’t some rare gift to be enjoyed by the lucky few—it’s a natural part of human thinking and behavior. In too many of us it gets blocked. But it can be unblocked. And unblocking that creative spark can have far-reaching implications for yourself, your organization, and your community.
Tom Kelley (Creative Confidence: Unleashing the Creative Potential Within Us All)
Perhaps we have been dependent too long on language and thought, and need to reawaken our inherent sense of the subtle vibration of Energy-Consciousness. All you have to do is unblock the blocked parts and awaken the sleeping parts of your being to access it.
Ilchi Lee (Inspiration for Your Day: Poems and Messages to Lift Your Heart)

Life often goes along in a stream. The details float by like a leaf on a river. The current is pushing and pulling the leaf, but we do not see it because we are standing on the banks of the river. There are moments when the leaf is caught up in little eddies. Events pile up. They gather like twigs--like flotsam and jetsam--caught up in the stream of life. Time blocks and unblocks in little bursts at such places. Information pours through like water. The details crystallize. Various pressures and turbulences in the river, pouring into the sea of life, push and pull, but we do not see it. We do not see the leaf or the pushing and pulling.

My best advice about writer’s block is: the reason you’re having a hard time writing is because of a conflict between the GOAL of writing well and the FEAR of writing badly. By default, our instinct is to conquer the fear, but our feelings are much, much, less within our control than the goals we set, and since it’s the conflict BETWEEN the two forces blocking you, if you simply change your goal from “writing well” to “writing badly,” you will be a veritable fucking fountain of material, because guess what, man, we don’t like to admit it, because we’re raised to think lack of confidence is synonymous with paralysis, but, let’s just be honest with ourselves and each other: we can only hope to be good writers. We can only ever hope and wish that will ever happen, that’s a bird in the bush. The one in the hand is: we suck. We are terrified we suck, and that terror is oppressive and pervasive because we can VERY WELL see the possibility that we suck. We are well acquainted with it. We know how we suck like the backs of our shitty, untalented hands. We could write a fucking book on how bad a book would be if we just wrote one instead of sitting at a desk scratching our dumb heads trying to figure out how, by some miracle, the next thing we type is going to be brilliant. It isn’t going to be brilliant. You stink. Prove it. It will go faster. And then, after you write something incredibly shitty in about six hours, it’s no problem making it better in passes, because in addition to being absolutely untalented, you are also a mean, petty CRITIC. You know how you suck and you know how everything sucks and when you see something that sucks, you know exactly how to fix it, because you’re an asshole. So that is my advice about getting unblocked. Switch from team “I will one day write something good” to team “I have no choice but to write a piece of shit” and then take off your “bad writer” hat and replace it with a “petty critic” hat and go to town on that poor hack’s draft and that’s your second draft. Fifteen drafts later, or whenever someone paying you starts yelling at you, who knows, maybe the piece of shit will be good enough or maybe everyone in the world will turn out to be so hopelessly stupid that they think bad things are good and in any case, you get to spend so much less time at a keyboard and so much more at a bar where you really belong because medicine because childhood trauma because the Supreme Court didn’t make abortion an option until your unwanted ass was in its third trimester. Happy hunting and pecking!

Abhinavagupta says: At a certain level of Consciousness, knowledge and action, although evident, are contracted. A blazing energy is (revealed within) the one who dedicates himself to removing the burden of this contraction. This is perfect Self-inquiry. Contraction (mala) shows up directly in our body as tension. A yogi can approach the tension he experiences within himself directly through inquiry, and with sufficient skill and insight, unblock himself (upaya). Since Shaivism asserts that ‘everything is Consciousness’, it follows that even our blocks are nothing but Consciousness. They are tense bundles of thoughts and feelings that can be unpacked by direct inquiry.
Shankarananda (Consciousness Is Everything: The Yoga of Kashmir Shaivism)
Through the lessons we have learned over the years, especially in obstetric anesthesia where we have seen (and our unfortunate patients have experienced) the unpleasant consequences of unblocked segments or hemi-block with epidurals, and many other clinical situations, we now realize that blocking 60% of the nerves that innervate a joint does not reduce pain by 60%. In fact, it focuses 100% of the pain into the remaining 40% of the joint, therefore, in actual fact, worsening the pain and suffering of the patient.
Andre P. Boezaart (The Anatomical Foundations of Regional Anesthesia and Acute Pain Medicine)
The unhappiest times in his life were those months and sometimes a whole year when he couldn’t write, when he was “blocked.” He’d try just about anything to get unblocked, but he was very nervous and suspicious about psychiatry. In my early-to-mid-twenties he let it slip that he was afraid that therapy might make him normal and well adjusted, and that would be the end of his writing. I tried to reassure him that psychiatrists weren’t nearly that good.

Honor He Wrote Sonnet 47 Be the cactus, a proof of unsubmission, And blossom amidst the fiercest environment. In a world primed with the probability of hate, Be love impossible and lift all lost in lament. Aspire to expire for a cause uncausable, And your heart will shine with light untamable. When all go berserk for sect as bozos on booze, Be the sectless sapiens and stand indivisible. When all are possessed with the libido of liberty, Be the first one standing, responsible 'n righteous. In a world founded on unfounded assumptions, Be the first ink of understanding unpresumptuous. Blockheads and blockhearts have only blocked amity. It's time to unblock, unfold and undivide our psyche.

How to Fix Roku Error 014.30 Resolving this issue is generally straightforward, although it can be caused by problems outside of your control. Test your Wi-Fi network with another device, such as your cell phone or computer. Make sure your internet is working properly before you proceed. If not, stop and contact your internet service provider. Using your Roku remote, go to Settings > System > System restart on the Roku menu or Settings > System > Power > System restart if you have a Roku television to restart your Roku system. Reboot your modem and router. Rebooting the modem and router may reset your wireless signal to normal if there is other interference that has caused the Roku to lose signal. When all devices are powered on again, test the Roku to see if the error occurs. If the error still appears, use the Roku remote to go to Settings > Network > Setup connection and select Wireless. Choose your network and enter the network password to ensure it is entered correctly. Select Connect to proceed. If you use MAC address filtering on your network your Roku device may be blocked because the MAC address isn’t recognized. Add the MAC address provided on the error message screen to your router to see if that unblocks your Roku device and returns your service to normal. If you have determined that your Wi-Fi network is working efficiently and all other efforts to resolve error 014.30 have failed, performing a factory reset on your Roku device will restore it to its original settings. Then you can set the Roku up as if it were new and reconnect it to your network to see if it is operating properly. For further information contact :- +1 855-203-0401

Not all resurrections of Kundalini exhibit events that can be considered divine experience. In addition, certain unfinished risings can be quite complicated because the actions of Kundalini Shakti to enhance her standing may influence subtle processes of the body, creating a variety of experiences, including subtle physical activity that may be painful and emotional. Blocked risings or risings through cul-de-sac routes can give rise to some distressing and unusual symptoms, and thwart further spiritual development until the block or misdirection is corrected. The strain on the subtle body can ultra-sensitive and urgent distress the experiencer, especially if they don't know how to properly support their rising. Individuals may also use or misuse any special abilities that their risings provide for their own worldly purposes, and this may eventuate in some uncomfortable side effects. If the gifts offered by an arisen Kundalini Shakti are harnessed for non-spiritual purposes, the resulting dissipation or misdirection of vital energy and likely ego inflation may postpone further spiritual progress until the diffusion is contained and the inauspicious focus is corrected. Other factors that complicate an upturn are sometimes present. An uncomfortable upsurge can result when Kundalini Shakti emerges spontaneously through non-spiritual catalysts (such as life shock or incorrect intervention) in an unprepared person whose subtle body is weak, toxic, or unbalanced and who may not have a frame of reference for interpreting and responding to the experience as potentially spiritual. The emotional reaction to the rising itself can disrupt the delicate body even further. Kundalini Shakti will work to resolve limitations in the system of the individual, and the experiences produced by her effort may be felt as uncomfortable, and thus the experiencer considers them problematic. Even a "spiritual disaster" or "kundalini syndrome" may be branded. It may be mistakenly pathologized by others who do not recognize spiritual experiences because the phenomenon must satisfy appropriate requirements to be considered a diagnosable disorder or disease. However, the Kundalini process is not a pathology, and it is considered a blessing that spiritual aspirants should seek for. A blocked rising may result in distressing discomforts, and some discomfort may also be associated with the purification and restoration, which follows an improvement in a rising. Yet essentially, these challenges can be changed. A healthy, balanced lifestyle promotes a successful cycle of Kundalini. With the seeker's spiritual understanding and committed right commitment to co-operate with the intent of Kundalini Shakti, grace is conferred by the divine right to promote the spiritual development of the soul. Practicing appropriate spiritual methods allows Kundalini Shakti to fix (divert, unblock, elevate) a stuck rising so that rising problems can be improved over time. Unimpeded risings can eventually impart a gentle process, culminating in full spiritual attainment through a direct route.

In a matter of seconds, she unblocked, then resaved Dustin’s number. Cell phone companies should make the process of retrieving blocked numbers more difficult, she thought, though she was glad they didn’t.
