I often tell the story of my first Francis Schaeffer Institute public engagement event at Borders bookstore where Jerram talked about Lewis and Narnia. During the Q & A, a lady with tears in her eyes genuinely asked/commented, “Prof Barrs, I feel guilty. What if I want to go to Narnia more than I want to go to heaven?” In return Jerram, with tears in his eyes said, “My dear, that’s not your fault. That’s our fault in the church for not adequately proclaiming the glory and majesty of the New Heaven and Earth.” Eric Mitchell Ashley
