Human beings divide the world into mine and yours. We create borders. Include what we like and exclude what we do not like. Thus a rift occurs in relationships. Gandhari is jealous of Kunti, Kunti of Madri, Arjuna of Karna, Duryodhana of Bhima. That is why Yayati favors Puru over Yadu. That is why Satyabhama quarrels with Rukmini. But for Shyam, there are no boundaries. No mine and yours. This no hero or villain. No predator or prey. No them or us. He sides with both killer and killed. For him, in wisdom, everyone is family. her what he was like. Chitralekha was a good artist. She drew pictures after taking description from Usha and she drew a picture of Anirudh who was the grandson of Krishna. When Usha saw the picture, she said “Yes, this is my prince charming and I want to marry him.” Chitralekha was a great magician. She flew to Dwarka, and brought the sleeping prince to Usha’s apartment without the notice of sleeping guards. When Anirudh woke up from sleep, he was astonished to see himself in company of a beautiful girl. He was stuck by her beauty and after lot of persuasion from Usha, Anirudh agreed to stay back in her apartment. The young couple lived happily for many days in each other’s company without her parents’ knowledge. A few days later the guards noticed some change in Usha and informed Banasura. He was furious to know that someone had entered his daughter’s apartment without his knowledge. When he reached his daughter’s room and saw Anirudh playing chess with his daughter, he rushed with soldiers. Anirudh fought bravely, killing many soldiers but was overpowered by Banasura who used his thousand hands and nagapasa snake rope to imprison and tied him up. In Dwarka, Anirudh had been missing for four months. When Narad Muni apprised them of the situation, a large Yadava army assembled which was led by Balarama. When Krishna sounded his Panchjanya Conch, the flag mast of Banasura broke into two and flag fluttered down. Banasura had been told by Lord Shiva, “When you will see your flag mast broken, your wish to fight with a great soldier will come true.” Now fight broke and Krishna was pitted against Lord Shiva, Banasura against Satyaki, Balarama against Kumble. Krishna humbled Lord Shiva and mowed down Banasura’s hands with his Sudershan Chakra. Lord Shiva intervened for his devotee and Krishna left him with only four arms. When this was over Anirudh was liberated. Banasura happily gave his daughter Usha to wed Anirudh. They were richly endowed and seated in a golden chariot. They were also escorted with full honours to Dwarka where they were welcomed by Rukmini and other ladies. Krishna’s Son Samba Duryodhana had a beautiful daughter named Lakshana.
