The Hungryalist or the hungry generation movement was a literary movement in Bengali that was launched in 1961, by a group of young Bengali poets. Poets like Octavio Paz, Ernesto Cardenal and Beat poets like Allen Ginsberg visited Malay Roychoudhury. The Hungryalist movement also influenced Hindi, Marathi, Assamese, Telugu & Urdu literature.

रोगमुक्तीचे परिणाम नि:शंकपणे रोग्यांच्या सक्रिय कल्पनेमुळे व त्याच्या जोडीला त्यांच्या अंतर्मनाला दिलेल्या स्वास्थपूर्ण स्वयंसूचनांमुळे मिळत होते. याला अंधविश्वास म्हणणं योग्य ठरणार नाही.

व्यक्ती कदाचित तुमचे डॉक्टर असतील, पती असेल वा पत्नी असेल. ही प्रिय व्यक्ती तुमचं अभिनंदन करत आहे असं ऐका. अभिनंदन या शब्दांनी तुम्हांला संपूर्णपणे मन:शांती लाभली आहे असं वाटेल. दुसऱ्या शब्दांत सांगायचं झालं तर व्यसनापासून तुमची संपूर्ण सुटका. आनंदाची भावना निर्माण होईपर्यंत परत परत हा शब्द ऐकत रहा. समाधानाची भावना प्राप्त करा.
