I’m not good at comforting people when they’re upset. I never know what to say. Sometimes I say things that make people get more upset, even though I am trying to be helpful. Sometimes I even say things that make them get angry at me, which makes me upset because I was trying my best to make them feel better. And so when someone is upset, I just stay nearby, out of the way, and watch over them to make sure they’re okay, and I wait for someone else to come and comfort them.
