Kuran'ın kendisi peygamberin dünyayı nasıl okuduğuna bir örnekti ve onun ardında giden herkes, dünyayı onun gibi okuyup şahadetlerini yazmalı ve bunları başkalarına aktarmalıydı. Dünyaya şahit olmanın yolu ise maceranın kendisinden başka bir şey değildi. Yaşanılanlar görülenler ve öğrenilenler ne kadar acı olursa olsun macera insanoğlu için büyük bir nimetti. Çünkü dünyadaki en büyük mutluluk bu Dünya'nın şahidi olmaktı.

Senin buraya gelmenin sebebi sadece bizim 'gel' dememiz değil, ayrıca onların sana 'Git' demeleri. Hiç kimseye 'kötüdür' deme. aslında onlar, bilmeden iyilik eden insanlardır.

For the believer, participating in ritual activity is a 're-enactment of profound truth,' that which makes one belong to a belief system drawing the believer and the community of believers near to God. Yet despite its central role, the essence of a religious belief cannot be grasped by simply observing ritual practice. Ritual can mark, identify and separate a community of believers, it can point to what is held most sacred in terms of rites and worship, but it can never quite capture faith, for faith transcends form and imagery. This is particularly true of Islam, where faith is presented a a gradual process from Islam (surrender) to iman (faith) to the final state of ihsan (doing good). Belief in God is a deeper state of awareness, of conviction and of humility, all of which ultimately lie beyond ritual.

This realm of knowing is known as ilm al-yaqin, or the “knowledge of certainty.” The second butterfly actually sees the light and feels the heat from the flame and declares, “I know how love’s fire can burn.” This butterfly is in a station of iman, because she not only intellectually believes in the presence of light but she has directly experienced the flame. This realm of knowing is known as ayn al-yaqin, or the “eye of certainty.” The third butterfly flies directly into the flame, dissolving itself within the light. This butterfly is consumed by love and so she has no words to offer. It is in the station of ihsan, because she has disappeared and become entirely embraced by the light of what she loved. This realm of knowing is known as haqq al-yaqin, or the “truth of certainty.
