If we know the truth through His eyes, we know Christ Himself and have a growing, freeing relationship with Him, a relationship that overshadows our life experiences and focuses on His presence, not past hurts and misunderstandings. Jesus is the only truth that is totally trustworthy, valid, and accurate. So if we see the truth on a spiritual realm, we see Him, not the details of the story. When I can see Jesus in my story and change my focus from myself to Him and His truth, details fade, feelings diminish, and all that remains is His wholeness, presence, and peace. The Foundation of This Book This book is based on Ezekiel 37:1-14, emphasizing the transformation of dry bones scattered throughout a desolate valley. According to Scripture, these old, dry bones were miraculously changed into living, breathing beings with life and hope in the Lord. The “valley of old, dry bones” referred to in Ezekiel represents our perspective of past and present events, with all the details, emotions, thoughts, and beliefs attached. As individuals, we each have a personal viewpoint of our experiences that includes our emotions, thoughts, and beliefs. Without God’s intervention and transformation, we are stuck in these views or personal truths, just like the dry bones were stuck in that isolated valley. Until a person sees and feels the hopelessness of personal interpretations, they will be stuck in a self-made prison with their own beliefs and no hope for release. Freedom comes from the pursuit of mixing their two truths, human and spiritual,
