Oneness & Ascension (The Sonnet) Religion that doesn't bring oneness, Is not religion, but the original sin. Science that doesn't lift human condition, Is not science but superstition. I don't go gaga over science, I don't go gaga over philosophy. I don't go gaga over religion, Because humanity is my priority. I use every tool with the potential for good, After, of course, discarding its unchecked baggage. I have allegiance to neither virtue nor vice, I am but a lover, and love is my home base. Oneness is the path, oneness is the destination. Where there is oneness, there is ascension.

Divinity & Division (The Sonnet) The rosary and the crucifix are, No more magical than a rabbit's foot. Their meaning comes from the mind, In search of security and couth. Without the mind to add meaning, To these objects and symbols, They are merely trinkets, Without past, without purpose. Keep your trinkets if you must, But don't impose them on another. Trinkets may help you in tough times, But don't use them as divine divider. Division is the desecration of divinity. Any act of divide is sheer blasphemy.

Be Impossible (The Sonnet) Good poetry isn't born, When everything makes sense. Good poetry is born, When nothing makes sense. Partner is not one with whom, You can talk sense. Partner is one with whom, You can talk nonsense. Humanity is not another lifeform, That lives on sense. Humanity is the only lifeform, That makes a way through nonsense. Be not another sample of sensible self-centricity. Be a spectacular anomaly of humanitarian impossibility.

Helper is Herald (The Sonnet) Every peacemaker is muslim, Every lover is christian. Every helper is buddhist, Every lifter is human. Every lovenut is sufi, Every braveheart is latin. Every collectivist is jew, Every secularist is advaitin. All labels are futile, If there's no substance underneath. Focus on substance as a whole being, Leave the labeling to the elite. The helper is the herald, the lifter is the light. In a world with double vision, selflessness is the only sight.

My First Love (The Sonnet) My first love was not science, My first love was theology. Then what got me hooked on science, Was the spark of electronic circuitry. Eventually through happy and sad accidents, Everything fell into its proper place. Science, theology, and much more got mixed up, and I ended up pioneering the empire of humanitarian science. I am a better scientist because of theology, I am a better theologian because of science. Hand in hand they found fulfillment, When with poetry I built a heartfelt alliance. I have no gift, it's just that, expansion is my lifeblood. In a world run by narrowness, the smallest act of expansion seems like an act of God.

Sonnet of Unlearning Peace is not a matter of learning harmony, It's about unlearning division. Science is not about learning logic, It's about unlearning superstition. Health is not about learning medicine, It's about unlearning over-indulgence. Justice is not about learning accountability, It's about unlearning indifference. Order is not about learning law, It's about unlearning recklessness. Holiness is not about learning scripture, It's about unlearning hatefulness. More than learning, we got plenty to unlearn. All of it starts with unsubmission to tradition.

Nothing Yet Everything (The Sonnet) I am no sufi, yet, Every sufi is my reflection. I am no advaitin, yet, Every advaitin is my reflection. I am no mystic, yet, Every mystic is my reflection. I am no buddha, yet, Every buddha is my reflection. I am no humanist, yet, Every humanist is my reflection. I am no humanitarian, yet, Every humanitarian is my reflection. I am nothing, that's why I am everything. Or perhaps, I'm everything, that's why I'm nothing!

Cast Fiction To The Wind (The Sonnet) The candle's purpose is to be lost in light, The heart's purpose is to be lost in love. The ocean may try the sailor all it wants but, The naive sailor is lost in the ocean's love. The sailor and the sea are not two but one, The candle and the light are not two but one. The heart and love are not two but one, Individual and collective are not two but one. Purpose of human is conquest over the inner animal, Purpose of a human is the expansion of humanity. Everybody grows old, not everybody grows up, To die without growing up, is the greatest tragedy. Life is too short to be wasted on half-cocked may be's! Cast fiction to the wind, and make the most of reality.

Radioactive Mind (The Sonnet) In front of the radioactivity of mind, Radioactivity of matter turns dim. In front of the joules of a just heart, A billion ohms of hate become nil. Hate is the question, Heart is the answer. Hate is the sickness, Heart is the cure. Prejudice is the ailment, Piety is the cure. What is piety you ask! Nothing but kindness more pure. Kindness is divinity, kindness is sanity. Wasting it to codify life is sheer stupidity.

Physical truth is not always conducive to psychological truth. E=MC2 is a great physical truth, which may light up your house, but it cannot light up your heart. If it could, the west would be the heartiest hemisphere on earth. Your heart will light up, when you realize the psychological truth that joy of another is the joy of one.

None of us is guide, None of us is teacher. We are all lost, we are all light, We are but each other's keeper.

Oneness is the path, Oneness is the pedestrian. Either we are all one, Or ever-battling barbarian.

Facts are the ingredients, scientist is the vessel, and love is the fire. When all three come together, that's when good science is born, capable of nourishing a society. But if you just dump the ingredients in without measure, and serve them cold without first cooking them with love, it's not science, but a recipe for disaster.

Yes, I want to convert the world, I want to convert all cussing into hugging. Yes, I want to convert the people, all of them, I want to convert mindless mocking into mending.

When somebody uses nuclear weapon to cause destruction, it's the fault of the individual. But, when an individual uses scripture as justification for their atrocities, it's the fault of an entire community. How come! I am not condoning religious violence, any more than I am condoning “scientific violence”, such as, nuclear proliferation, big pharma exploitation, big tech recklessness, and so on. All I am asking is that, sensible people see sense, putting aside their prejudicial inclinations for a second. We all know about the atrocities committed by organized religion. But if we are not cautious, we will end up doing the same with science, deluded by our grandeur of intellect, and pomposity of technology.

Becoming christian and converting to christianity are two different things. Converting to christianity means having the paperwork that says you are christian. Becoming christian means becoming christ-like in every aspect of life, no matter the paperwork.

Scriptures would've done much more good to the world if their advocates didn't insist on them having a supernatural origin, as opposed to a natural one.

Doing God's work and doing God's propaganda are two different things. And the world has enough propaganda as it is - what the world needs is God's work - what this world needs is service - service not to the idea of God, but to the helpless and destitute - service to those who have nowhere to turn to. This, my friend, is called practical divinity.

Divinity and worship are two different things. Worship is an act of self-preservation, divinity is an act of self-annihilation - divinity is annihilation of the self for the uplift of others.

Let the people find a shelter in you, and you shall attain an eternal shelter in them.
