Step 1: Notice that you’ve moved into a Primal state or some form of suffering, stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and so forth. Step 2: Identify the specific thinking or belief that is causing you suffering and acknowledge that it must not be true (it is unintelligent) because it doesn’t feel good. Step 3: If the limiting belief isn’t true, some form of the opposite must be true. Make a new decision that is aligned with the outcome you want and that feels good. Step 4: Find evidence for the fact that your new decision is true.
