Each of us at our root is consciousness, and in the highest of the spiritual realms life and form become light. I experienced this in an OBE in which I went to the outer ring of the source of creation.

The astral realm, for the last time, is a void. It is our consciousness that gives it shape.

In the spirit realm, whatever is said becomes a reality, then, it can be same in the abode of the living, for powerful species, to say whatever they like for an immediate manifestation, it is the law in the astral planes, and we don't care about the destination of the acting forces.

The great mystery of Eleusis, of the Orphies, of the early Christians, of Sarpis, of the Greco-Roman mystery religions, of Hermes Trismegistos, of the Renaissance Hermetic Alchemists, of the Rose Cross Brotherhood, of Apollonius of Tyana, of Simon Magus, of Asklepios, of Paracelsus, of Bruno, consists of the abolition of time. The techniques are there. Dante discusses them in the Comedy. It has to do with the loss of amnesia; when forgetfulness is lost, true memory spreads out backward and forward, into the past and into the future, and also, oddly, into alternate universes; it is orthogonal as well as linear. This is why Elijah could be said correctly to be immortal; he had entered the Upper Realm (as Fat calls it) and is no longer subject to time. Time equals what the ancients called "astral determinism." The purpose of the mysteries was to free the initate from astral determinism, which roughly equals fate.

Collective negative thought has the opposite effect. It can attract spirits from the lower planes and allow all sorts of mischief to occur. It may also attract spirits from the lower realm of the astral, “below” even the realm of the tramp souls.

Occultists throughout time have emphasized the inner plane, the place where our inner faculties touch the astral realm. It is here that we can meet and work with spirits on a sort of middle ground and perform magick purely with our psyche.

When we die, our interior light in departing follows the attraction of its star, and thus it is that we live in other universes, where the soul makes for itself a new garment, analogous to the development or diminution of its beauty; for our souls, when separated from our bodies, resemble revolving stars; they are globules of animated light which always seek their centre for the recovery of their equilibrium and their true movement. Before all things, however, they must liberate themselves from the folds of the serpent, that is, the unpurified Astral Light (physical realm) which envelops and imprisons them, unless the strength of their will can lift them beyond its reach.

Looked at differently, these various levels are possibilities of “bodily” existence. Depending on which “body,” or state of existence, we set our heart on, we will obtain that very form of embodiment once we have quit our present physical vehicle. Thus we may resume a human form, become an angelic being (deva) inhabiting the subtle realm, sink into the cosmic matrix itself as a prakriti-laya, or recover our true identity as the Self in the blissful “company” of the Divine Person, Lord Krishna. The phrase “to set one’s heart on something” is perhaps more expressive of the intended meaning of “remembering” than is “thinking.” The latter has too abstract a flavor, while the former is indicative of a deep-level process. This becomes clear when one realizes that one of the synonyms of “meditation” is in fact “remembering.” Meditative remembering means sending taproots down into the hidden recesses of our being, into the depth-mind (buddhi). The depth-mind is the storehouse of the essence (i.e., karmic deposits) of our world experience. It has been likened to a net whose knots are the impressions left behind by our volitional activity. Meditation is a partial enactment of the process of dying. Conversely, death is the meditative process taken to its logical conclusion. At death, the mind disentangles itself from the physical body, and the center of identity is shifted to the subtle vehicle—the so-called astral body or “subtle vehicle” (sūkshma-sharīra). The quintessence of the contents of the mind, in the form of the subliminal impressions (samskāra) stored away in the depth-mind, is the factor that determines the after-death fate of the deceased according to the iron-law of moral retribution or karma.

the very smallest Russian doll is our 4D physical reality-- our perceived reality via our materialist 5 cognitive senses of Touch, Hearing, Taste, Smell and Sight and Time. (See Chart #2 for more details) The second smallest doll is our 5D physical reality, which can be briefly defined as your human consciousness leaving your 4D reality and entering a 5D Physical Reality where your human consciousness is interacting with your physical reality via an OBE experience, via Remote Viewing, or other forms of Clairvoyance. (See Chart #2) Everything between these two smallest Russian dolls and the largest Russian dolls can be viewed as the Higher Astral Realms of our multidimensional reality. Everything outside of the largest Russian doll is the Universal Mind of God, the Universal Consciousness, because “everything is ONE, everything is consciousness”, everything (both physical and non-physical) is inside this Universal Mind of God.

Not only is the lower astral realm made up of our collective negative thoughts and emotions, but we continually feed it through our negativity, including negative forms of entertainment. Violent movies, television shows, and music that exaggerate people's fears and cruel behavior may seem exciting but they only exacerbate the baser thoughts of society. The creators of such negative images may be under the influence of ghosts of the lower astral world. All is energy, and negative energy like fear, anger and hate becomes imbedded in the lower astral level.

Tiller’s research has led him to state the following about subtle energies: •​They are manifested by people, as revealed in experiments that show subtle energies can increase electron sizes and numbers. •​A person can direct the flow of this energy through intention. •​This mind-electron interaction is effective even over great distances. Subtle energies follow a different set of laws than do physical energies, and radiate their energy with unique characteristics. There is not just one type of subtle energy, however. Tiller postulates several subtle substances, each of which occupies a different time-space domain. These domains are different levels of reality. Subtle energy flows downward from the highest, which Tiller calls “the Divine.” Each level provides a template for the level below. As the subtle energy enters the next domain, it adapts—but also instructs. The laws differ on each of these levels because the energy gets denser. Tiller’s levels of subtle reality range from the most to the least dense: •​Physical •​Etheric (also called bioplasmic, prephysical, or energy body) •​Astral •​Three levels of the mind: ​Instinctive ​Intellectual ​Spiritual •​Spirit •​The Divine The etheric level is just above the physical level. According to Tiller, etheric subtle energy penetrates all levels of material existence, and through the polarity principle forms atoms and molecules that make matter. Our mind interacts with the etheric energy (and above) to create patterns in the physical dimension. These patterns act like a force field that links us to the adjacent energy level. Tiller’s explanation of the physical level versus the etheric is similar to that proposed by the experts featured in “The Structure of the Subtle Anatomy”. He suggests that the physical realm occupies a positive time-space frame that is mainly electrical, in which opposites attract; over time, potential decreases, and entropy (chaos) increases. The etheric realm, conversely, is a negative time-space domain that is highly magnetic: like attracts like. As time passes in this realm, potential increases and entropy decreases; therefore, more order is established. We might suggest that communication in the physical realm is accomplished through the five senses; to reach into the etheric level (and above), we must use our intuition—the sixth sense. Within Tiller’s model, the meridians and chakras operate like antennae that detect and send signals from the physical into the upper domains. These subtle structures interact between the physical body and the etheric (and other) realms, illuminating higher orders so that we can perceive them from the physical plane.

There are the lower level gods and goddesses, who dwell in the lower astral realm, such as those found in belief systems such as Santeria, Vodun, Palo Mayombe (or Palo Mallombe), Santa Muerte, Candomblé, Esú or Eshú (in Yoruba language "sphere"), Kimbanda and Ifa. There are also intermediate spirits such as saints, angels and archangels; and a still higher being called by various names such as: Yahweh, El and Allah, who is the Demiurge. The programmers of this simulation also created demons and fallen angels.

In general terms, clairvoyance includes the ability to see things beyond the scope of the eyesight and other physical senses at any distance, and also the ability to "see" beyond the confines and limitations of temporal space and time, especially to see the Astral worlds and the people and beings living there. The photos "seen" by a clairvoyant can range from a still image or even an illusion to full motion pictures with vibrant colors that seem as genuine and lifelike as if they were actually looking through the physical eyes. The Cosmic realms and beyond show colors, sounds and sensations far beyond anything that can be felt through the five physical senses, and a clairvoyant can often see them in all their splendor.

The wonder is that it becomes possible to see several of these layers at the same time when the ‘seeingness’ has matured. You can even accept the physical world in your dream at a certain point in the opening process. The magnificence of the world is such in this eruption of colors that it causes the heart to open. Often beauty is at the edge of what can bearable. Life is a constant mystery, and it's great fun. On the other side of the astral realms, there is another dimension named by Western occultists devachan and by Hindu tradition svarga-loka or realm of gods. A completely different set of lights is again perceived in this universe. These are to the astral colors what day is to night. Instead of your friend's face, another face appears. When performing eye contact exercises, this is one of the most common experiences: the face of the friend sitting in front of you disappears, and another face can be seen instead. When you practice on your own, facing a mirror, it is your own face that will vanish and be replaced by another. These faces correspond mainly to four possibilities: A spirit guide A past life A sub-personality An entity. Spirit guides: it is not uncommon for your spirit guides to manifest in this way to the person you are practicing with. When you progress, you will gain the ability to manifest your guides actively on your own power in a manner that will be visible to others, even if their vision is limited. In reality, eye contact is one of the easiest and most straightforward ways of seeing spirit guides. A variant of this phenomenon also happens when a spiritual teacher listens to a conversation. If you become very still, stop blinking, and practice our sight approach when you look at them, you will sometimes see their face vanish and be replaced by their teachers or some higher being behind them. Another likelihood when the face changes, is that in a past life, you see an image of yourself or the person with whom you work. The mask may also be yours or your friend's sub-personality. All in all, this is not so different from what was mentioned in the above bullet point, if one considers that the circumstances of past lives have built up sub-personalities. An entity's face indicates a being connected to you. An object can be regarded as a parasite that is not physical. Just as some physical parasites can bind to various parts of your body, so can your power be bound to some non-physical forces or energy. WHAT TO DO WITH YOUR EXPERIENCES Here's a suggestion, if you fully understand it, which can save you a lot of trouble: I strongly recommend you don't try to analyze too much of what you see.

However, sleep paralysis can be a gateway to the astral realm when you know what to do.

What is spiritual alignment? It is a time in which we break away from the physical realm and its limitations, to explore other dimensions, other realities, and become spiritually free with no limitations. We astral travel, we have complete access to the spirit world, and we reach higher consciousness. It is, and should be, viewed as an extension of your reality. Nowadays, you are told from a very young age that your dreams are like a fantasy or something that does not exist. Eventually, you start to believe this information as fact, that dreaming is not a reality. For the last five hundred years or so, dreaming has very much been viewed as useless; it is just something you do each night between “real life.” But it has not always been this way. In fact, it used to be very different!
