When you pay attention to the Quran, you discover that it can only be from Allah. It becomes clearer and clearer to you that it cannot be from a human being. But many people don't perceive the Quran this way because Allah doesn't open its doors to people who do not pay attention.

I have some advice for the young generation who are wanting to become successful in life: become more grateful. Once you do that, Allah says, "If you are grateful, I will surely increase you (in everything)." When Allah (swt) decrees that a door in your life is to be opened, no matter how hard you try to close it, no matter how far you run away from it, it will remain open until you walk through. When Allah (swt) decrees that a door is to be closed, no matter how many times you knock on that door, try to break it down, or cry on your knees in front of it, begging it to open again, it will never be opened. Grieve in front of that closed door if you must. Stand there for a time and look at it. Hold your hands over your heart and press down to calm it's quickened pained rhythm. Then know- know beyond the shadow of a doubt, know in your heart of hearts- that when you trust Allah and move forward, he will open a more beautiful door for you. The problem is that moderates of all faiths are committed to reinterpreting, or ignoring outright, the most dangerous and absurd parts of their scripture—and this commitment is precisely what makes them moderates. For Muslims, rejecting the view of absolute oneness and accepting something different, categorizes as unbelief. Likewise, Christians must accept Jesus as the Way, the Truth, and the Life and his concluding summary in how to come to God when he said, 'No man comes to the Father except through me' (John 14:6). Continued remembrance of Allah is a means for the continuation of good in this world and the hereafter. As long as you are given to this world and to the creatures, you will continue to be sensitive to both praise and dispraise, because you are living through your lower self, passion, and natural inclination. When your heart attains to your Lord (mighty and glorified is He) and He takes charge of you, your sensitivity to praise and dispraise will go away, thus you will be relieved of a heavy burden. If you work for this world while relying on your might and strength, you will lose, be torn apart, tire, and be dissatisfied. Similarly, if you work for the hereafter with your strength you will be cut off. If you work for the True One (mighty and glorified is He), open the door to livelihood by the hand of His strength and trust in Him and open the door of the works of obedience by the hand of His guidance. Once you have attained to the spiritual station of seeking Him, ask Him for strength as well as truthfulness in asking for strength and help from Him. Place the feet of your heart and your innermost being firmly in His presence and give up all preoccupations with this world and the hereafter.

O Allah, the stars have vanished, the eyes have slept, the kings have locked their doors, and Your door remains open. Every lover has found privacy with their beloved, and here I am standing before You.

Despite our sins, Allah bestows all we need, Veiling our flaws with His merciful deed. Though we provoke Him, He still provides, His generosity endless, in His grace we abide. No one in this world but Allah stands by, Oh Allah, we seek You, to You we cry. Forgive us, oh Allah, for we are deeply ashamed, Our hearts are heavy, our souls inflamed. We beg for Your mercy, on our knees we implore, Pardon our misdeeds, as we open each door. Oh Lord, we falter, we stumble, we sin, But Your mercy is boundless, let it begin. Sometimes doors open for us because of the effort we put in when we assume we do not have the time to do something. Just like the people who swear that, if they were millionaires, they would spend in the path of Allah but do not spend when they are thousandaires. The same is true of time. You may not have the most ideal situation time-wise, but if you really want to, you can find five minutes a day to devote to something you care about. Based on your intention and effort, bigger doors may open. But you can only know if you put in the initial effort.

O ne of the most reassuring phases of life is when you’re anticipating justice from Allah. You’ve finished the most difficult test, the ache of what you were put through still visits once in a while, the memories haven’t faded yet but you’re focusing on something bigger, something better. You haven’t yet figured out the entire purpose of the journey but it doesn’t bother you anymore, because your eyes are gazing at the door that is placed right in front of you. You stare and touch it, all these gruesome steps have led you to it. Although you aren’t aware of what lies on the other side, you know Allah can open it any moment and it contains the treasure of your blessings. And you’re certain that your reward is massive, boundless and so amazing that your heart is going to burst in gratitude. You hold on to that hope because your Lord is the Most Just. There’s no other way to recompense what you went through except by filling your hands with so much joy that you no more have a moment to spare at what you lost.
